the store people are nice but the truck was too dirty... there was mid everywhere i had to use all my sanitizing wipes on the dash and doors ans steering wheel.DESIRE M.
Everything went well at this location, but I did have to wait for the agent to return from lunch before I could pick up the truck. That would not have been any problem, however I had traveled by train for over an hour to get there. Other than the wait, everything went very smoothly and the agent was helpful.James A.

The truck was disgusting inside and out. I had to wash down the steering wheel down because it was too sticky. The windshield was caked with bug guts, the driver door looked like someone poured a coke down the side of it and someone spit their pistachio shells all over the inside of the cab. Check the air conditioning before you drive off as it may need servicing. I had a very long 5 hour drive with sub-part a/c through the heat wave.Douglas G.

The drop off location was conveniently near my new apartment. Even though the location was closed i could tell it was a drop-off location because there was 2 more uhal trucks there. I was able to use the app. Very easy to use! The temperature in my new town was super hot but i still managed to fill the tank up with gas then I walked home afterwards. They key drop box was hard to find but locals helped me locate it.Alfonso G.

Appt was at 1pm. Arrived on time and was advised the truck was still out with the previous renter, who was supposed to bring it back by 11am. Was told that the nearest truck matching my reservation was at a location 15 min away. I was also told that my location did not offer any compensation for the delay. I would have appreciated a call or email 15-30 min before my appointment to let me know that my reservation could not be timely met. I would have also appreciated some sort of compensation for the error (free mileage, comp the dolly rental, $ off my total bill, etc.). While the staff was courteous and professional, I did not feel like my time or business was of importance to the agency.Courtney C.

I reserved a furniture dolly, a utility dolly, and a dozen furniture pads. As I did mobile pickup and it was several hours before the location opened, I had to pre-pay for everything. Once I did that and got in the truck, none of the equipment I rented was in the truck. After talking to customer service on the phone, my only recourse to get the equipment I needed was to drive 20 miles out of my way to Lancaster to pick up the equipment, which cost me time on my move as well as put me over the mileage limit for the rental, which I had to pay for as wellBrett S.

Have terms and conditions that state adjustments , I was suppose to get Monroe's credited didn't receive anything back after the inconvienenve of paying up front and not having what I rented available and receiving a 20 % discount and still nothing refunded back for smaller truck etc . The cabin had onions on the floor (remnants of somebody's lunch) and the back of the truck reeked of urine! It was obvious that maybe a homeless person made shelter for the night in the truck and relieved him/herself in there. I was disgusted that I had to keep my stuff in there. It was nauseating! But I didnt notice til I got home and had no other choice as this was the only 20'+ truck available in the area this weekend! It should have been washed out and scrubbed in between uses!Ignacio I.

The truck was dirty, it did not have a ramp to load any furniture and the mile cost of $1.09/mile is too high, my 1 day rent was $175 I got a quote from 2 men and a truck to move me for the same price. Bad reputationAntoine H.
