Was hard to pick up truck, Person there did not handle truck. He gave us a number and it took 15 min to get through to someone on the phone who called him and gave him access to the key. No walk through was done. Very tight spot to pull out of with no help. ABS and Brake light was on.

Location was easy to find, had a situation where I had to go back to get the rental checked in. The gentleman who helped check in the vehicle was very friendly and helpful when it came to understanding why I went over on the miles.

This location is without a doubt the worse U-haul business. Not easy to find. No store front. Not clean. Not easy to load from. Will not ever use this location again.

We had a reservation for a hitch and trailer. The day before the install, you called to say the parts weren't in. You then provided us with a 26' truck that we had to go get 2 hours away from us. Had my husband not been with me, I would not have been able to drive this 26' truck. The pickup location was unprofessional and the place looked like a junkyard. We ended up spending more in gas because we had to drive 2 cars. We won't be using Uhaul in the future.

Three address locations and two phone numbers later, I finally found the place. The trailer was the right size and worked out great for me. However, the people who were running this location were not that great. Close this one up and send all the equipment across the street to the other convenience store.

Bike trailer was not ready at my scheduled reservation time of 10:30 am. Was told it was still being used by someone else and they would be bringing it back shortly. It was brought back almost 2 hours later and it didn't seem like it was a customer using it as perceived from my view when it did return. Kind of like a buddy was borrowing it. Reason I know it's odd is because the guy using it came back out of the office and proceeded to hook up the trailer for me as I was about to do it. Best part about that scenario is there was another bike trailer for in-town only that he could have used. Even though we were 2 hours late getting started on our trip back home, that is 12 hours of driving time alone, I got a $20 discount for waiting..........

Not professional. Cleaning crew was more knowledgeable about rental and contacting supervisor than person supposedly in charge. No place to sit to fill out on-line instructions. Out in sun whole time. Would not use this location again.

No IT support. Attendant had language barrier. Extended waiting period over 30 minutes due to inability to dispatch vehicle. Problem must be fixed. I will not use this location again.

Always have had great service from them. Only issue this time was the blankets were wet or damp. We had to lay them out in the yard to dry before we could use them.

Easy to deal with. Knowledgeable point man/manager. Great inventory-many options to choose from. Something comes up at least twice a year family moving, building supplies need a truck or van to transport. We usually went to the Main Store 8-miles away. Will be traveling 3 miles and get the same or better service. Thanks Furniture Outlet. Great job!

This Location’s building was still blown down from the hurricane Still I was able to rent an extremely well-maintained vehicle And his customer service was excellent I would definitely recommend renting from them they do their own vehicle maintenance on site The truck I rented was in perfect condition

We will only use this location while we are here. They are the only one that would accept our equipment. We just did a move from out of state and the stress from not being able to find a location that would take our equipment was crazy. Thanks to Furniture Outlet! We thought we would have additional charges or have to go over 30+ miles to turn in.

We reserved a dolly and did not know until we picked the Uhaul up that there was no dolly. So we had to go buy one with money we didn't have. The owner did not show up. Everything was done over the phone and then his mechanic who could not understand English very well gave us the keys. Would never use this location again.

The drop off building is a literally destroyed building that used to be a the furniture store.

I was supposed to get 6 dozen pads, they only had 2 dozen and half of them were wet. I was supposed to get a furniture dolly but they didn't have one.
