I did not like my mobile experience booking the truck and storage. Feels like UHaul is grabbing for money around every turn, didn't appear to have all options available, and when I needed to pick up the truck, doing it with the mobile app was a complete let down. Had to go in and the check-in with the building manager. The truck itself was great.

Better customer service. I had an appointnet for 10 30 and ended up leaving almost at 12 . Apperantly the system was down or something . But i didnt even get a compensition for wasting an hour and a half of my time which i barely had, since i work two jobs .

Extremely rude ,didn't want to accept the drop off truck he said he didn't have space but it showed on file with confirmation where to drop it off, he threw my husband pit of the store and threw the keys at him,I had to call the manager name Terry to pick it up...

Take the sticker that says fuel efficient off. I have a tiny coupe car that I was towing and I went from Orlando, FL to Burlington, NC. On average I got about 13 mpg. There is nothing "fuel efficient" about that. Luckily I had some extra money to spend or I wouldn't have been able to afford the gas for the trip. Also the chains were so twisted on the tow dolly I couldn't make a full turn out of the Uhaul location. I immediately had to pull over and re-do the chains within 5 minutes of starting my trip

Bit of a rough location in Richmond located at a small gas station, but courteous staff.

the person who handled the rental transaction was rude and was yelling at me for being an hour late when I only used the truck for 6 hours. I thought the contract was for 24 hours. He tried to charge me a late fee and I had to argue with him for 20 minutes. he refused to give me the number of someone else I could talk to regarding the issue. I waited until he called the number himself and discovered that I was right , and the rental period is 24 hours. I was not charged a late fee though he wasted my time and was yelling at me and being rude... next time I will use a different rental company.....

This setup was at a gas station in a very bad area. Only one person was able to go into the back office at a time while the clerk went back and forth between ringing up people there for cigarettes and Uhaul customers. These interuptions made the process take very long. I was overcharged and when I called for a explanation, I was spoken to very poorly. In the end the person I spoke with told me that I would get a refund but it would take a few days to show up on my bank statment. I rented the truck 6 days ago and I was never refunded. This place is a horrible place to rent from and I would never go back again.
