Jeanie S.Why did I got charge 2 rental periods? why the place doesn't have a parking to park my personal car? it makes me return to my house and call LIFT for a ride, it caused me a lot of delays hitting the rush hour/traffic, of course I will be returning the unit later, but charge double for couple hours? it is ridiculous, I need an answer from the uhaul people. by the way, charging like if there was someone waiting to rent it, when I picked up the unit, it looks like it was abandoned in there, the cargo place filty with a sort of oily substance , windshields dirty by rain and dust, fender all splashed since the last rain, is this how you call it clean? Not only I was moved from .5 miles to 25miles away from my initial pickup sport, but the guy who was in charge was all grumpy and yelling at everybody and the place was filthy as well as a small of weed. He didn't let me park my car said that it will be towed and gave such a hard time to other customers yelling at them. I will never go there again. And for Uhaul, they made me drive an extra hour because of the changed location that's not my fault, had to pay 45 dollars for additional milage and $35 for gas. They didn't credit anything back, and just said "If you don't want it then you should go somewhere else" what a f*cked up attitude

HECTOR T.Person operating Liquor store acted annoyed with my being there since I had changed my pick-up time with corporate U-haul and he was unaware of the change. To When I arrived, I was the only customer. Everytime a person walked in, my transaction was interrupted until that person was served. I was told by corporate that everything was ready to go since I was in U-Haul's system. In the store, I had to have by driver's license photographed and a lot of information put into the system before being able to hook up the trailer. The process took between 30-40 min. Once I had made the connections, I asked the individual to check my lights. I got in the cab and went through the light sequence only to discover at some point the man just left to back in the store. My return took less time but I still encountered the sour attitude. I have rented numerous trucks and trailers from U-Haul over the past 55 years and never had such a bad experience.

THOMAS K.I felt uncomfortable with the fact that people at the u haul rental place was asking for another name to put on the application and another phone number when I was there just to get my rental I had already did everything on the main u haul site. But I did see them do it to another customer before me which also made him late too. I was suppose to have my truck at 8:30 and I didn't get it till 9:10 because them putting in information that I already gave u haul with reservation number. I have no experience this kind of extra information before so I don't know what the deal was. I finish early with truck that they call me to see when I was going to be done. I left the truck before my time was up so I don't know what is going over there. I won't ever send anyone there or get rental from them again.
