Truck was nice and clean, I wish the headlights were better for night time driving tho since that was the most difficult thing. The low tire pressure light came on as I drove down the street and stayed on but I checked all the tires several times throughout the rental time and they were all fine. Good bang for your buck tho.

Horrible they took my phone and started approving stuff I had no idea. Added insurance I never asked for. The gentleman at the counter was horrible never in my life have I been treated so horrible and then I asked for a refund and he said he was going to send me to collections because I still owed him money I was like how the math is not adding up. He said that's fine I won't charge you I am sending you to collections then I got a charge still for an extra day when he didn't have a place for me to return the truck because he had construction. So how is that my fault worst experience ever

JORGE MThe initial rental process was good, because the people doing the renting were on the premises. Upon returning the trailer, the people were not on the premises and I had to get a phone number for them from the only person there, who knew nothing of the rental processes. I felt uncomfortable just leaving the trailer per the person on the phone, as I would have preferred a visual inspection by them of their trailer at the time of return. Not a deal breaker, but it doesn't fall into the definition of customer service as I have come to understand it.

One thing, apparently they share the parking lot with the bar next door so try to get the truck back before 6. Otherwise you'll have a hard time finding parking in the lot.

David BIt was truly a liquor store so that's the only reason it wasn't rated excellent. Shady characters around the parking lot which I was afraid of personal car being broken into until I returned . But people were great and the van was beautiful!
Stephen GI wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone. Absolute worst. 9 phone calls to get my storage set up. Change my location to wrong address multiple times. Let me explain better. When you request a district manager after multiple days of incompetence. Your must understand the root. When your is incompetent how can your employees be any better. I spent an hour and a half on with a dm to be left with hanging again the next day. No storage and my drop off was now where I picked it up. So your know this was a one way trip. Why would I want to spend 1.39 to drive it all the way back after paying more initially for the one way. No hospitality at this company. When I picked up. I payed for my truck. Sent my girlfriend home. Which is 30 minutes away. Was waiting about 25 minutes to be told I need to go to another location. No ride at this point. Tells me it was stolen. Likely story. Was supposed to credited 50 dollars but nothing was done. Asked for to furniture dolly's since I seen they were 7 dollars to rent. Got charged 12 dollars. Well to sum it up. I need to call back again. 10 plus calls over 8 hours on the phone already and need to contact them again to file a complaint. Worse experience ever.

The staff is a husband and wife team who are so sweet and kind Everytime we go to visit them for rentals. 10/10 and better service than the corporate placentia sort

Gregory WI specifically declined supplemental insurance at the time I made the reservation. As if they didn't hear me, they asked me again at the time of pick-up and again I declined it. Then I look at the final bill and I'm charged for supplemental insurance. Shady.

MOHAMMAD TOverall Uhaul was easy to book online and truck details were coordinated by Uhaul the day before the move. Some hiccups: 1. I was called by Uhaul 1 day before (booked a week ago) that the truck size I needed was not available. They gave me a truck bigger than what I really needed and didn't feel like I had a choice. 2. Next they told me it would have to be picked up from a farther location but in the same city. 3. I used the Uhaul Share 24/7 feature to get the truck even if the store was closed. Watched the video tutorial a day before but the vid was different from the actual Uhaul app navigation buttons. So just figuring out the check in to pick up the truck took about 15 minutes then another 15 minutes to complete the online process while in front of the truck at freezing temperature. Suggestion for Uhaul: Ensure realtime availability of trucks booked by clients online. Move the Booked truck to the Booked location instead of the client having to go farther to find the new address. BETTER and MORE VISIBLE CHECK IN BUTTON in the app please lol. Thank you, though to Uhaul for the convenience of moving needs available within the app.

Tod cI had to wait for my boss to bring me the other trailer hitch I grabbed the wrong one and I forgot and left before letting the store know I was ready for the pictures of it hooked up before I left and they called me and made sure that I had the trailer they are very polite and explained everything I apologized for me not remembering

carlos gThis was the worst U-Haul experience I've had, and would change to another company as a result. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE location - poorly lit and dangerous area. Truck was on EMPTY and missing a windshield wiper. AND... the employee said he would cancel my rental unless I moved my handicap-tagged car out of his handicapped parking spot. (I filmed this, it was so bazaar.) Please contact me... this was a train wreck experience. And the check-out process was incomplete, it did not have me verify pictures. Simply a joke.
