If you are renting for an early pick up make sure to make reservations during normal business hours! I thought this was a self serving/online process but we had to wait for the owner to come in to give us the keys and vehicle. Owner is friendly and we had no problems other than us booking the vehicle too late the night before.

We did not receive our dolly and had to go on a wild goose chase to find one. We were told to go to a different location to pick it up and when we got there and waited in line for 30 minutes they told us they did not have one. We went to a different place and they gave one to us but charged us for it. Horrible experience overall

The drop off process was confusing because there was nobody onsite to receive the vehicle, locked gates and no obvious place to park the vehicle, and the U-Haul phone app would not complete the process (hanging on trying to find the location).
