The staff were not trained to be a uhaul location. They did not have customer service support, computers were down. We used the app to check out. It kept glitch ingredients. Customer support never answered. The chat feature told us known issue, just take the truck.tje equipment we rented also qas not available. I have nkt yet seen if we are being refunded. All very concerning and and stressful. as we hadnt completed checking out. Getting the uhaul ate 2 hours of our morning and was every stressful. Then our return was a similar experience. Took an hour to return. The lady had us running all over with the equipment like we were the traffic unsure where to put it. Made us late for work. This location has no business being a uhaul location until they have the proper support from Uhaul.
