This does not have to do with the location but when dropping the truck off my only option was to use the app and i was unable to do so based on app error screens to return leading to fees for having the location I returned to doing the process of return.

Awaiting my receipt. No one checked mileage or gas consumption. Only traveled about 15 miles total. Fuel Guage never moved, so I'm concerned I may be charged for non used items.

Fuel tank was less than 1/8 when 8 picked up. I Prefer not getting fuel before the start. Ended up putting way over what was necessary.

The trucks are not clean and the space is very small. They don't have the same amount of availability because of the small amount of area. The uhaul was not cleaned out front nor back. Unless you're on this side of town this location doesn't hold much appeal. Incorrect gas level when I picked up the truck as well. Said half a tank when it was well below that. I think checking the trucks better would benefit this location. Making sure they are cleaned and the gas level is kept the same pickup and drop-off.

Super close to the house. Office was closed but had a parking spot waiting for us. Key drop box had helpful notes on it. Was easy to find, pull in, do the auto return, and exit when all done.

Be told by the location that the parking lot is very limited in pulling in or out. We had to take the trailer across the street to drop off the broken trailer and the service guy had to bring a new trailer over to us.

Motor vehicles should delivered full of fuel and returned in the same manner. This assists the customer in a trip without having to quickly stop for fuel or have to guess when to fuel for the return. This is consistent with other vehicle rental policies.

I drove 7 miles. Got charged for 7 miles. I put gas in the vehicle and brought a receipt. I got charged for 11 gallons of gas. How does driving 7 miles take 11 gallons? It doesn't. Something isn't right. Refund requested.

This shop was great but I doubt Ill ever use U-Haul again. Constant delaying the move and on the day of the move the original truck I reserved didn’t exist. Ridiculous.

Need to know that ramp seemed too short for the truck making loading difficult and less safe. I’ve rented all sizes of your trucks and this was noticeable.

Very nice and polite. Only suggestion I have is when you rent the 26 foot truck that they tell you that you will be charged a fee for using the dolly and blankets. I am handicapped and can not get in the truck to read anything about this. I have a dolly of my own but the people helping me move used it. They don’t speak or understand much English. Had I known there was a fee I would have told them not to use it. I’m on social security and this was not budgeted for. That was $10 that I was going to use on something else.

When i tried to check in with the mobile app and then checkout with the mobile app it failed to work and just shut down each time. with nobody at the location at 4pm i had to wait 2 days to finalize this. mobile app needs some major fixes

I was told that the truck was cleaned, however, it was not and I had to clean it first to be able to move a mattress in the truck. I took pictures with my cell phone if you would like to see them. You can reimburse me for the additional cleaning that I had to do. Also the requested furniture pads were not available.

Friendly Automotive definitely lives up to their name! Everybody is very kind. This was my first time renting a cargo trailer from U-Haul and the entire experience was a breeze. From the rental, to the pick up, to the drop off it couldn't have gone any smoother. I rented a 5 x 8 enclosed trailer to haul a couch and it was the perfect size and the trailer was very east to tow. I will definitely use the U-Haul location at Friendly Automotive West next time I need a trailer.

I Was unable to get in the truck due to a lack of adequate steps on it's side. Had to let my son in law take it.

My only complaint with the location is the truck parking area. There is really no area. For the average driver, it is impossible to back it in to on of the spots. Having a bigger parking area would make it easier for the customers to park when returning the truck. Truck was very clean, customer service was very friendly. ps, I didn't even try to back it in.

This location does not support 24/7 pickup despite what UHaul says. I wasted an hour waiting for the owner of the location to arrive before I could get the keys to the truck.

I spent a half hour trying to upload a photo of the odometer on your app. It wouldn’t let me upload a photo and the photo I took with the app didn’t upload. I ended up going to the website to manually upload it. Using the app wasn’t easy at all.
