The employees were friendly but knew nothing about Uhaul and therefore couldn't answer any questions we had about the charges. The truck we received worked well the first day we had it but the next day the "check engine" light came on. We were driving over 1,100 miles over 4 mountain passes and when we called the actual Uhaul number in our contract we were told not to worry about it but if it started blinking pull over right away and call the tow truck. Let's just add more stress to driving 8-hour days hoping we wouldn't break down in the middle of nowhere Montana.
Sam GWas charged for two days rather than just one day for the rental. Not very happy with the website as it mismanaged my reservation. I will go in person next time rather than using the online application.

Frank Pa 19 dollar truck cost me 72 bucks i rented it for 5 hours brought it back in less than three did the online so i didnt have to wait in line still had to stand there for almost twenty minutes i can understand the insurance fee putting it at 35 but this is ridiculous plus they kept me so long in the office that they made me late

SEAN BEverything was fine with the rental. I told the office staff that the "check engine" light icon was on when I started the truck--no problems with the truck running, however. I assume they will have this checked out by a local service station or garage. This is a GMC panel truck with about 80,000 miles on it.
MARK Pnot a main uhaul hub and did not have an appliance dolly. But friendly service and truck was ready when I got there.
Justin P3 minutes prior to my pick up time, UHaul emailed me saying there was a change in my reservation but not clearly indicating the change. Turns out the location changed so I had to drive all the way across town. When I got there the lady “couldn’t get (her) system to rent me the truck”... whatever that means. So after her wasting my time for 40min she then moved the reservation to another location further north in another town. So not only was my time wasted, but also both my gas and money. Had I been able to pick up the truck locally I would have only needed to pay for maybe 5 miles at the absolute max. Instead I had to pay for more than 4x that due to UHauls mistake AND go to 3 different locations. What a joke.
Heather MYour check-in early and on-line was a joke. When I tried to check in twice, your software system “buffered” with no final result. The truck that I reserved (10 foot box truck) was scheduled 1 month ago; the day of pick-up your system informed me that my city pick up changed to Monroe Wa which is 25 miles away compared to the facility that I placed reservations was 2 miles away! I called your customer service and they offered me a van! I never will use your on-line service again! Luckily the Marysville Uhaul was kind enough to accommodate my need for a box truck and that’s why I gave them 4 stars.

Lindsy MScheduled unit for 10:00am I was called(as I was heading out the door to p/u) by the local dealer and was told she had a doctor appointment and I couldn't pick up until 11:30am. Scheduled a hand truck and wasn't told until I arrived they DIDN'T HAVE ONE! Very inconvenient for certain items we were moving! Some heads up would have been nice so we could make adjustments! I have used UHAUL several times. Very disappointed with this experience. I took under consideration but this HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH COVID19.
brad ABring the pricing on miles back to a reasonable price. U-haul used to be a good value, not so much anymore. I'll have to rethink it next time. As for this location and the staffing is concerned they were great. 10s all the way.
Douglas LI booked three different times requesting to use the mobile check in since I was arranging to pickup the truck during off hours, only to receive a phone call an hour later saying that the location doesn't do mobile pick-up and that I have to get the keys during business hours only. DO NOT OFFER mobile pickup during off hours if it is not an option. This would save customers a huge headache. Truck was also dirty on the outside. And dried mud on the floorboards.
Jon CSo easy and helpful! Once we had gotten to our house to load up our U-Haul, we very quickly realized we rented too small of a truck. I called yo Freeway Storage and explained what had happened and ask if we could exchange! She had to call and ask a couple questions but once she got the answer she was ready to help us! Will absolutely come here again!

Delmar MI called in panic an hour before closing. The customer service agent at front desk got right on it. My paperwork was ready as soon as I walked through the door. She is always on top of her game. I admire her ability be so thoroughly detailed, never leaving me w out every last detail to make my visit to Freeway Storage whether it being a unit for a couple months, or truck rental is my need at the time, I feel very informed and educated on the best use and protection of my need. The amazing Customer Service, the detail oriented and organized fashion the front office is run are just a few of the many positive reasons I choose ' Freeway' as my personal go to for these services. The security and grounds are kept in outstanding condition and make me feel completely protected and safe on the grounds at all times. The upkeep of the premises of a business shows pride and respect and tends to attract good, respectful clientele through its doors, in which most other facilities I know have shadier looking people hanging out on premises making messes and negative activity going through out the grounds.
