Dusty HWe were sent to this location after our original site 40 miles away was unable to provide a truck. This location was great and when they didn’t have the truck went above and beyond to find one about 10 miles away. Totally different experience than what we received at Bentonville Ustorage the night before when we stopped in to see if they had the truck we requested early. The service counter associate was down right rude and made no attempt to even access the database to help us find another truck in the area. Despite the fact we rent 3 storage units from that site since last May 2022.

jake oI returned all of my equipment at around 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon that was January 11th today is Friday the 13th of January I still have not received my $100 cash deposit back as I was promised I spoke with customer support twice they promised me at 8:30 this morning that Victor from this location would be contacting me via phone today it is 3:06 p.m. they close at 4:30 p.m. I have not heard from him yet. Every time I call it goes straight to voicemail which says the voicemail is full and can no longer take messages. When you're moving you're not looking for these types of experiences I don't ever want to deal with you all again.

Teddy HThis is the only place in Cassville to rent a U-Haul, as far as I know. I really like the manager, he is very accommodating, and very helpful. It’s a really good thing we have this U-Haul station in Cassville! It’s been a blessing to me a couple times now!

paul dThe emailed receipt was sent to my phone. It was so small that it could not be read. I tried to enlarge it but I was not able to. I will be going back to Uhaul to get a printed receipt today. Otherwise everything was good.
WILLARD hClean the truck. Check truck to ensure tires are good and don’t have a flat or need replaced. Take pride in your business and care for the equipment. Otherwise just close up and give it to someone who will do the job right.

MELISSA MNo equipment at my hometown location. Had to drive 57 miles to get requested vehicle and carrier. Local dealer had many trucks but I think they did not want to let them go on a one-way out of state.

JENNIFER MI didn't get the items I paid for. I paid for appliance dolly and furniture dolly yet neither were in the u-haul truck. I called customer service and she said I would receive a call from the owner to drive back to his store and pick up the 2 items... over 24 hours later and I still haven't received a call!! We had to make do with what we had because I had to move that day.

MARK PWas suppose to be able to pick the auto transfer up at 1:30 the guy that owned the place to pick it up at wasn't there at 1:30 wouldn't answer his phone. Went back at 3:15, hw finally answered his phone said he was an hour away. Went back st 4:-45 he was gone picking his daughter up from practice finally got it at 5:50. He could careless he made me late. Lane was very rude and would never go there again.also had us drive away with no lights on the trailer. Said to go to Walmart witch was over a mile away and to buy an adapter so the lights would work. Was over $35. Had to fix 8t ourselves

rita hOnline check in/drop-off was difficult to use, it might of been that I had a weak signal.
Dale HI had trouble trying to log in to let you know that we returned the truck by1:00 pm. We used the truck from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. We filled it up with gasoline when we got back to Cassville, MO before we turned it in. We did have to wash the windshield when we got it so we would have the best vision for driving. Truck and dolly worked good.
carol lThey was great! We waited at Uhaul in Exter for an hour! And called the lady several times. She never answered. But, this location jumped right in and got us what we needed!
AUSTIN DMaybe the person who works at that location could actually be at the location versus down the road a mile and us having to wait at the location for him to show up.

bryan mHow about a jack on the front of these trailers??? I am a senior citizen. The attendants were not available to help me. I ended up getting the jack out of my car to jack the trailer up to get it off my hitch. These trailers are heavy. I had a guy come help me before the attendant arrived. He jumped on my bumper to get the trailer off my hitch ball. Good grief.
