Andrea CDropped off the trailer after hours. Process was great with the app. The parking lot wasn’t really set up very well for dropping off U-Haul equipment, but it wasn’t that bad. Just moved to this state, but I would use this location to do business again I think.

Gregory TEquipment was clean and pick-up/drop-off location folks were excellent. The horn did not work and the headlights were out of adjustment. At night had to drive with high beams on all the time. Otherwise truck was good.

ROBERT TSafe travel rate was almost double was was quoted and was told to Jane back on lot before they opened Tuesday, which we did. Prices were not what was quoted by company, not by the location. Fred was great. Uhaul needs some work.

He went above and beyond, in getting us the size truck we needed, and secured it ahead of schedule, just to be sure that our pick up went smoothly. Randy HPhone app would not let me pickup and didnt show me as having a current reservation. System was problematic for local agent as well. Had to call in to have it fixed. I dont blame Fred in any way. Took 2 hours to pickup due to system issues. Almost walked away but Fred came through.
