Ackward to get in and out. If you need to park your car while using the truck not really a place to park but way on the other side.

Greg MI will never do business with U-Haul again. I've been using them for 50 years. When I reserved truck on my phone for an12:00 pm pickup. They sent me a confirmation email and said that the reservation was good for 24 hours. We arrived at 2:00 pm and was told to have truck back at 4:00 because it was being least at 4:00 by someone else. I call that double booking to make money. We had no choice but to do it. This is poor business period and not to mention dishonest. This caused a lot of anxiety. I do NOT recommend U-Haul. I suggest using another company out there. The facility we went to was clean and my review is not a reflection on so much. They were nice people, but in my opinion they should have not confirmed the other people who wanted the truck at 4:00 because of the 24 hour email I was sent. I think U-Haul and the location I picked truck up were both wrong. Period.

lorenza gIt was not marked clearly where to park the truck. I was focused on their address and parking lot which was too small for the truck. But I finally noticed a lot across the street that had one other truck. So I had to assume just to go there. Needs clearer signs. The drop box key was easy to spot. I did not have to interact to the personnel is why I marked No above.

Brian. pHorrible experience, Fred's Alignment & Service was fine, UHaul as a whole is entirely shit. The android app doesn't work, the location sharing doesn't work, they hit me with a requirement of 2 contacts/passport/lease agreement RIGHT BEFORE I was to pick up the truck because my license id was out of state. IF IT WAS OUT OF STATE ASK FOR THAT INFORMATION WHEN I FIRST FILLED OUT THE INITIAL APPLICATION, IT ASKED FOR MY DRIVERS LICENSE SO YOU DEFINITELY KNEW IT WAS OUT OF STATE BEFOREHAND! The was was slow, unresponsive, and randomly wiped out my session data so I had to constantly re-enter information a few times, luckily the agents were great, but waiting in the rain trying to pick up this truck was incredibly frustrating. Also there was a drug addict constantly trying to get my attention around the corner so that was concerning.
Sergio FProvider lied about gas level. I deliberately put 2 gallons in to more than make up for the 11 miles that I drove. I was still charged for an additional 2 gallons because they are claiming that the tank is lower than it actually is. Very dishonest.

Sarah WU-Haul was out of gas. We were given a 20 dollar "credit" to get the U-Haul to 1/4 of a tank. The truck tank size is 60 gallons. 1/4 tank at 60 gallons is 15 gallons which is what the truck is supposed to have when picked up. In Knoxville the price of gas is 3.80 a gallon, please explain to me how adding 15 gallons of gas is worth to 20 dollars?? Makes no sense.

Jared HDirty location. Trash behind the trailers piled up in the yard. The tenant didn't check if the brake lights work he attached the chains improperly and didn't tighten the ball. If I hadn't been a more experienced renter I would have driven away with an insecure unit.

Tim MThe business looked closed when we arrived, all doors and bays were shut with no windows. The clerk gave the impression we were an inconvenience. She took our key and sent us on our way. No paperwork, walk around or anything. They did check it in within 20 minutes of drop off and no money was owed per the email. It just seemed a very impersonal process, thankfully we had no issues.
Fred JWe arrived late in the evening so, the drop-off location was closed (no problem). Their location/storage is gated so, it did give us pause to leave the trailer in the parking lot without a way to secure it (again, not an issue with the drop-off location).

bob mThe truck was dirty inside and out. Additionally, the A/C did not work properly as it constantly turned on and off. This, along with a filthy interior and windshield, made the experience inferior. I feel this experience can be resolved by refunding the additional charge for extra mileage as the initial cost for the rental was significantly expensive.
Douglas JWhen picking up the trailer from Fred's alignment, there was a homeless person living in the trailer. I was also informed the trailer was broken by the homeless community. When I informed the company, they sent out two men to 'check' on the trailer which meant they went out and threw this man's things on the ground. After returning the trailer, the company neglected to inform uhaul that I had returned the trailer. This was not brought to my attention until last week. Over 14 months later when I attempted to rent another trailer from an actual uhaul store and was told there was an e-file against me. I was never sent a 'demand letter' so was never aware of this mistake. This is a failure of the uhaul manager to not follow up on this supposed loss of property. I am very disappointed in the service I received by this and the amount of time it took to rectify this. The customer service manager, Ricardo Jimenez, was very helpful and open about what was going on. As a customer it is quite frustrating to keep hearing "Hector put this in" regarding the e-file. I heard this at the uhaul store (under whispers between sales associates) as well as by the e-file agent, the call center, and the customer service agent. It is my understanding that Hector was on vacation but at any other reputable business, there would be an alternate designated that could help. Franklin Curtis

William GThere was barely any gas in the truck when we got it - less than they said there would be. We put $40 in gas, drove 6-8 miles and brought it back. Then when we returned it with more gas than when we left and we were still charged an additional $37 after the fact. Just kind of annoying, but not surprised by this.
Madison RThis location has now wrongfully charged me on two separate occasions for more than $800 each time. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I'm not sure why I even received this survey as this was not my rental.
Andrew TI will never use this location again. They didn't let me know they were closed on Saturday until two days before my reservation. I had to use the mobile pickup to get my truck and it didn't work when I got there. I had to wait over 30 mins with customer support to get my truck. Seriously ridiculous.

ERNEST IBlankets that were reserved were unavailable and my furniture was damaged as a result. The location is full of cigarette smoke. The man that checked me out was passive aggressive.
