Fredenberg Minno-Ette staff is still learning the "Ins and Outs" of the Vendor U-Haul system, it appears. However, they are very congenial and kind as they work through the items that the system requires. I will ALWAYS use Fredenberg Minno-Ette for my U-Haul trailer needs.

Nothing. It was absolutely flawless. The people at the Minno-Ette were so helpful and made a stressful situation seem easy. I would absolutely recommend going there to rent a UHaul and also to shop. Very nice location
scott sThe owners are so kind and went above and beyond to get the trailer hooked up to my vehicle. Great little store also!!
melanie mI used the app and key dropbox to return the vehicle which was very smooth.
