CHRIS SThey did not give any of the correct instructions regarding picking up the keys. We had to sit in the car for a long time waiting to get ahold of customer service from U-Haul. The customer service representative gave us the code and location of other lock boxes on the property and luckily there were some keys in one of them. If not for her, we would not have been able to pick up the truck we paid for at all due to not having access to the keys.
Ben BThe guy that had me fill out the paperwork also ran the gas station. He neglected to tell me that I needed to put my own gas in the truck after the rental was complete and they had already moved the truck into the back. He charged me well over the normal rate to fill up the tank. The Ford truck was very old with 130000 miles on it but still worked and did the job.
Philip DWhile picking up the equipment was fine. Dropping off was another thing. The service person was rude, and felt the need to get snippy with me. He also felt the need to mansplans how the equipment works. I will not rent from this location again!
Anne RWe have rented two U-Haul‘s in the last month. They had completely different pick up situations. Neither one of them were textbook, what was supposed to happen. If it wasn’t for Jim Brown, the representative from the white cloud, U-Haul, we would’ve had a very rough experience. He did what he could to make it right, and I appreciate his work and trying to Help aid in the problems we encountered.

Taylor CThe U-HAUL app is cumbersome and slow. I completed the rental online the evening before my pick up date, but I still had to submit everything again at pick up with the app. It took 20 minutes to complete approval through the app. The rental clock started ticking at my original pick up time, not when I actually was approved and got the keys. Thus, my rental time was already cut by 20 minutes. It would have been faster to go into the storefront and complete the rental in person.

Charles PWhile the fuel gauge indicated FULL when I picked up the van, it was not. I drove the van 8 miles, returned it, and topped it off , It took 6 gallons. The worst part was when I brought this up to the attendant. He was adamant that it was my fault that I can't judge if FULL is when the needle is on F or beyond F. He was very clear that it wasn't his problem and he didn't care. Basically refueling is on the honor system. If you refuel when you drop off, you are wasting your money. This is a gas station and they refuse to ensure their equipment is refueled.

Lori BThe truck was clean, however the truck ran like crap. The truck was very loud and the transmission was in need of some help. Didn't know if I would make to Dayton, Ohio and back from Columbus. (Approx. 160 miles) Don't know if this truck should be used on highway. Was afraid to go over 60 MPH on highway.
