First off there is no signs on where to go once your on the property this is a car lot so it is very confusing and to top it off the guy that owns the car lot I guess he came up to me very aggressive and hollering saying “WTH are you doing on my property” I just replied I am here for uhaul to pick up my reservation of the car hauler he then stated “Well i don’t know what you are talking about” so I’m like this cannot be the first time someone says or ask that they are here to pick something up for uhaul I doubt that so I proceed to look around the lot and I then find the uhaul office so I proceed to get my rental I will never go back to this uhaul 3rd party vendor VERY UNPROFESSIONAL honestly I would like to hear something back from uhaul or have this 3rd party vendor removed from doing uhaul rentals they do not care about the customers and are very bad with communication

The trailer lights did not work properly, was told I needed to buy the adapter for my vehicle and then the lights would work properly. I bought the adapter and the lights still didn't work, which I didn't find out until 7hrs into my trip after the sun went down. Very dangerous and unacceptable

The steering wheel was sticky and there was water bottles inside. It smelt like smoke. The truck was not available for pickup at the time requested and the keys were not left for self pickup

Owner wasn’t there to,pick up equipment did everything on phone and the person that released the trailer to me did not now what he was doing I checked lights he hooked up trailer lowered on ball I drove off and trailer fell off ball he didn’t tighten the lock I raised it up and hooked it back up and locked the ball.

They said I could deliver there and rent more days, I decided to rent 3 more days to which they charged me 267 dollars that would return 150, but I checked the charges at the bank and they had charged me 267 plus 200 dllrs more, the head of the stores said that because I wanted To lie to them for going to another uhaul and re-renting for three more days at the end I returned to the main uhaul and returned it on the second day they only charged 108 dllrs and they returned to me I do not know if 140 or 150 dllrs,. The other 200 dllrs that they charged me without informing me, they did not return them to me. That is the reason why I can say you have to be very careful if you are going to rent enuhaul, you can change my idea, while I continue to give a bad service and discriminate and as if employees owned uhaul.
