The window was left down on the driver's side....when we picked it up it was raining- inside cab was soaked... had to put towels down.

Uhaul app did not work. Had to wait on customer service line for 30 minutes prior to finally getting the virtual reservation set up.

I reserved the pickup at a different location but UHaul changed it to Four Seasons. This location was not convenient, and the manager was not very friendly. The inside of the cab was disgusting. Someone had spilled a drink but it was certainly pointed out to me to make sure the truck was returned clean. I don't think she even looked at this truck before she rented it to me.

I got evicted because me and the manger got into a verbal disagreement . She accused me of lying about being a tenant. I was using the dumpster when she approached me and told me it was for customer only , I informed her I was a customer , she didn’t believe me and it went left after insulting me . She definitely need to be train on professionalism.

Rented a 5x8 trailer. Seems like older equipment. Tire had been retread instead of changed but lasted the whole trip. Had a little problem with the ball latch. But over all in good working order and no leaks

I felt I was overcharged for this trip 742.00 the total for the trip 291.00 and gas put back where it goes my amount jumped to 742.00 after I extended the truck for a couple hours got stuck in traffic

The lady who was there when I initially rented the storage was very professional at all times. I was very disappointed when my storage was broken into and told there were no interior cameras. This appeared to have happened once the initial lady left.

The customer service representative who assisted us was irate and extremely unprofessional. Upon arrival, she told the authorized driver that we did not have a reservation. Then she read the reservation she had on the board and it was hours. When asking about changing the drop off location, she. Egan to explain. I stated that that was ok, would require too much work and said let’s stock with the current location. She got loud and threatening. We got the impression that she simply did not want to release the vehicle to us. Horrible horrible horrible encounter. I would never recommend this location to anyone. On top of this, this was our second reservation change by haul.

The facilities are wonderful. It was very clean and easy to access your unit even if other people were there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even when the facility had no power due to hurricane Ida the gate was opened to ensure access. They even sent out emails to update the clients.

Dulane was so helpful and friendly. She answered the phone after hours when we were checking out and helped us find another uhaul when theirs wasn’t available. Being new to Gonzales, she was very helpful in answering any questions.
