Very pleasant and helpful staff

June TNothing to improve. I'm 50 yrs old and have rented trucks from uhaul, Penske and others over the years many times. Fort storage was by far the most professional and caring store I've ever rented from. They take the time to make sure I understood all my responsibilities and went above and beyond normal customer service to make sure I had a successful return. By far the best experience I've ever had renting big trucks.

John CLoading ramp was dirty. Had to clean before using. Upon return lady made us wait while she repositioned the truck. She obviously doesn't drive then often. Took her 3 tries before getting it right, all while we had to wait.

Josh WReserved a 10' truck at Storage King in Pace, FL. I was notified by U-Haul that I would have to pick it up at Fort Storage in Milton, FL. This added 20 miles to my trip since I was moving items to Storage King. This resulted in me paying an extra $21, which I could not get removed. They should have honored where I reserved. Poor customer service.

BRENDA CThe whole online rental experience was very poor. I selected to do a self-checkout. When I arrived at the site, the app would not launch the check out process. When I went inside to ask the attendant for assistance, she told me that truck size I had reserved wasn't even there. I received no notification from U-Haul about this and was very upset by it. The agent did a great job of scrambling to take care of me. She deserves tremendous praise for going above and beyond. The truck itself had problems with its a/c, which is a big deal in Florida, at the end of May. I am very disappointed in my experience with your company and will look to other options the next time I need to rent moving equipment.

Chris OThe van was a last-minute rental for us but it was absolutely filthy. There was a sticky film all over the cabin and it looked like a bottle of wite-out had exploded and was smeared. There was animal hair on the seats and the seats smelled. This van needs to be thoroughly detailed, something Fort Storage isn't able to do. The staff (Melinda) was very nice and personable, though.

Randall BTrailer was clean but had obviously been damaged on some prior trip. It was very old, having the door stopper type door holder. Equipment leaked in the rain.

John TWow! The folks at Fort Storage were amazing. They made it exceedingly simple to pick up my 26’ super mover and we’re extremely professional. Melinda did a wonderful job explaining the process and facilitated a great rental. Very clean truck also!! Best experience I’ve had with Uhaul and I will continue moving with Uhaul until I can’t move anymore!

Alan W1st Truck had to be swapped ... To many Miles 93,000 . Engine - muffler was loud it can be heard in the Cab... really loud!! 2nd Truck : Fix A/C Has no A/C, install windshield wipers. I should be entitled for no AC FROM FL to NJ... that was rough!!

Ryan MI had requested a pickup site near north Pensacola at 7 am and got this one in Milton at 11. Had to drive further for a later pickup. Truck did not have emergency flasher switch and also lacked cruise control.
