The application on phone is cumbersome. 90% could have been done prior to going to location, without sun glare.Christine S.
Closed when I dropped off. Later phone with them gave me uhaul number to call to complain about extra charges. In subsequent call on July 28 with Edwin I was told he would submit a claim. Today is August 2 and I have had no response from uhaul. Very disappointing.Louis F.

U-Haul should pull their contract with this location. Absolutely disgusting and horrific customer service from an area Manager. No instructions provided prior to pick-up. No phone call to confirm reservations and/or the add one that were paid for which, in turn we're not preset. I had to drive extra miles (being charged for) to purchase the necessary items that were not provided by this location when they had already been included in the reservation and I was charged for them. Manager basically blamed it all on U-Haul and me. When dealing with U-Haul directly, please ant experience and the representative went above and beyond to help figure out my situation. I have a remaining balance of $82 that I don't feel I should have to pay due to the complete lack of planning and providing on the dealers part.MackenZie P.

The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly but the mobile check in was absolutely horrible and it took forever to contact anyone because the gps said I wasn't At the location and my "contacts" didn't answer they phones so I had to wait an hour for the place to open.Carl C.

was not informed by the rentor that the insurance was optional did not know anything about the product could not help in any way in getting it ready and we had never rented a dolly prior However she was very nice , she worked very hard as computer information had recently changed and no one helped her as to how it worked. but she figured it and and got it perfect and feel she did everything to make sure she did what u haul wanted.Irving P.

I made a reservation for a 10 foot truck in Lords Valley where my storage unit was located. I was told that the was no truck available at that location but there was a10' truck available in Milford. I agreed to that location and price. The day before I get a text that my truck is available at 9am at a location that was further away from my selected location. The truck was not returned on time and was not available at 9am. The truck turned out to be a 15 foot truck and not 10 foot so I had to pay more for it. When I got to my original requested location there was a 15 truck sitting there not being used. The whole process was frustrating and I had typ play more money. I then was charged an excess mileage fee because you screwed up....Patricia K.

I had reserved a appliance dolly but one was not available. The employee tried to find one for me in the area but could not. Minor complaint in the end but it would have been nice to be told this when my reservation was confirmed. They did have a smaller dolly and it worked out for us in the end.Brian F.

I'm very upset regarding condition of the 10ft truck we had. The low beans were pointed downward made it very challenging driving at night, only. made far worse by the worthless wiper blades. Driving in the snow the other night with those two issues was very nerve wracking to say the least. I had a call into UHaul but was directed to the NY office who was unable to assist me. I would like monetary compensation on my rental. I've already paid my bill upon in return of the truck. I am requesting that a customer service representative to contact me 570 228 9220. Thank you. I'm so happy to receive this survey and opportunity to share my experience. I've been a return customer and Elisa at Fort Knox Storage in Matamoras PA has always been so kind, professional and helpful every time I have called. I was unable to move this weekend due to the weather and the representatives at the main uhaul number were so kind and I spoke to 6 representatives Before finally reaching Barbie who was able to assist me with canceling me reservation without penalty. She documented my file and advised me as to what to do. I say from the bottom of my heart with sincere gratitude that Barbie and ELisa helped make a very stressful time for me less challenging by their patience, professionalism and kindness. Please commend them for being the assets they are Elisa as a promoter of uhaul and Barbie as an employee of uhaul. The day I picked up the truck the girl was awesome! Very helpful and accommodating. I dropped the truck off on a Sunday so I just dropped the keys in the box. the next day I received my receipt and there was a $25 cleaning charge. When I called to question this I was told there were some cat toys left in the back and I'm not paid to clean out trucks. She was rude and nasty. (this was not the same person). I would appreciate a refund of this fee. Being a disabled man I had lots of hands helping me move and while some cat toys may have come out of a box it clearly didn't need any extensive cleaning. People at this location are great. They do care a lot. UNLIKE some u-haul people who cannot even keep the reservation requests. We reserved 20' track in advance and had to put everything into the 10' because U-HAUL HQ's people doesn't know what logistic means and do not keep their words.VADIM M.

Very satisfied with the service at this location. Staff was very professional and informative. There was no waiting time. Dropped the truck off, they inspected it, record the mileage/gas usage. There were three customers before us. One associate only. Took us more than one hour to get the truck. Paperwork was slow, lengthy and interminable. On the plus side, Rose at your 1-800 reservation number was wonderful. And was able to locate a truck for us in matamoros within minutes of contacting her. Thanks, Rose.
