Michael M.I know how to connect and hook up trailer but im sure there are some out there that dont know how too. Recommend to inspect so it is safe for costumer and other people on the road .
Carl M.Store was closing when I called, they left key in floorboard but no link on email to rent on line, called U haul in VA ( where I used to live) & they told me where key was & sent me link to rent on-line. Truck gas gauge stopped working while in route to MI & never corrected each time gas was refilled. Caused us some stress not knowing how much gas was actually in gas gauge. Folks on Woodlake Dr. In VA get High marks though ( Autumn & Christy & Christa) they are always professional & helpful, not to mention courteous & knowledgeable.

Charles W.Without knowing exact mileage---used 60 miles--turned out to be 33 miles was charged by Debit/visa for $93.00 With mileage at .89 plus $29.95 for truck. Put $15.00 to get back to 1/4 tank How do I get my diffrence back. How will I be notified? No one knew about this, but truck bogged down during take off.. and cut off twice during my time. Created anxiety. No problem with Rental . A great customer represenative.

JACK B.There was a lock on the cargo door and no one had the combination. It took at least 30 minutes for them to find out no one knew the combination and cut the lock off. Also, the truck had major scratches that were not documented. Fortunately, the engine ran well and I had no mechanical problems.
