The first location I had made a RESERVATION for did not have my U-Haul at the time requested. I had already filled out all info online and had to redo this at a new location. Wasted about an hour of my time so what was the point of even making a reservation online.

ANDRES FI was given a dolly that had a flat tire that was falling off of the rim and i was charged for it.

Diamond SCashier was really helpful and his customer service on point . Elderly fell that day and in parking lot his the back of his head on the asphalt him and a couple of others including myself went to aid the elderly man . He dialed 911 and acted promptly on the unfortunate situation at hand .

Luis CFernie was excellent at checkout of equipment and truck. The guy for check of equipment didn't double our mileage, that we swept and left it gassed and cleaned. I was unsure we would be charged appropriately. We were. The moving help was professional and amazing 5 star movers El Paso
SARAH PI've used U Haul several times for most of my moves, even across country. And I must say, that this was my easiest and fastest experience picking it up and returning! The young man who works at this food Mart, was so pleasant, and helpful. He wasted no time getting me in n out thru the process! Thank you for making my moving day easier

ANTHONY BOver the past year, I've used U-Haul for 3 different jobs. 2 moves- one interstate, and this most recent rental for taking some work appliances to my home. I've always been treated fairly by U-Haul, never being charged for any damages that I was not responsible for, even though I'm sure that's everyone's fear! The moving vehicles for in-town jobs are super affordable! I'll be coming back every time. This most recent rental was spur of the moment and i was able to pick up a truck within 10 minutes that was just 3 minutes from where I needed to be! It's amazing that you can have a moving truck so quickly and conveniently. They didn't have a dolly at my location, but they called to send me somewhere close to get one, though i didn't end up needing to o pick it up.

Ruben AI got charged for a dolly but I never got a dolly. I called cx service and they told me they wouldn't charge me but when I got the bill I still see the $10. I need to call back to get the refund.

Charles MThis was my first time renting from uhaul and it was the worst experience ever. I opted for mobile pickup and I arrived at the location 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. I follow directions on the app and look for the truck with my assigned number as I'm walking around the truck I notice a man sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the truck I was assigned. My son got scared and asked me why there was a man on the floor. I had to walk almost over the sleeping vagrant to check the conditions of the truck as instructed. The app asks me to head inside the store to obtain the keys to the truck. I walk up to the door and it's locked. I then notice a sign on the door that states "back in 5 minutes" it's now 8:40 and my scheduled pickup was 8:30. I wait. It's now 8:50 and still nothing. I knock, nothing. I call the store, nothing. I call uhaul, and after a 15 minutes wait explaining I'm good "I'm sorry you're having trouble with verification… let me transfer you," wait what?! I'm not having trouble with verification, I need keys. I'm on hold again. Another customer arrives for keys to a truck. While on hold I decide to try the help chat on the uhaul website. I explain the whole situation the response I get is, "you can't get the keys until you pay for the truck" I check my back and uhaul had already drafted the amount for the rental. I respond to the chat that they already took my money yet I have no truck. No response. I continue to wait. It is now 9:30 and I have been waiting for my truck for over an hour and the store is still locked. Finally someone answers the phone and I explain the situation. Again. I am Told I have to do a other reservation at another location if I want a truck. I'm frustrated at the wasted time so I agree., as I'm trying ti reserve another truck the store clerk opens the door, half asleep and confused. He was sleeping!!!!!! He locked the door to take a nap while customers waited outside!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. This location is horrible. Service from both the store AND uhaul is horrible. Worst experience ever and I will be submitting this review in as many places as I can.

Erika NThis location is inside a gas station mini-mart. Upon entering no one is visible but the U-Haul is to the left, the associate was sitting down but did greet us upon entering. The associate proceeded to inform me I needed to return the rental to the place I rented it from. I came from out of state and was returning the truck a day early, so I don't think I was expected. She checked the contract, excused herself to check the truck and returned stating all was okay. I asked her if she needed the contract and she said no that I could have it.

Gustavo FWebsite allows you to rent equipment and yet when you get there the equipment is not available. Was told this is an ongoing issue with U Haul - needs to be fixed as I had to go to another location for the equipment. Otherwise everything was fine
Christopher RThe manager was rude and very distasteful, and I partially blame uhaul because of your vague and misleading advertising... you claim this whole "whitin the city" yet if we go over the 24hr or are late you charge another full rentals worth including insurance.... when you claim no late fees ... so yea never again... .99 per mile is good but the hidden late fees are a deal breaker.
CAROLINA RWhen I pick up truck, clerk provided bad customer service. When e return, clerk did not know how process return but at least he tried. The return, I blame on management for lack of training to clerk.
FRANCISCO RThanks to this location,is open on Saturday not all U-Haul location s are open on weekends.

PEDRO AWhen I went to pick up my rental that was reserved,my truck was not present at location. I was then sent to another location 30 minutes away. This could have easily been prevented by a simple phone call to me letting me know I needed to go to other location. I had movers scheduled to meet me, and ended up having to pay them for an hour of their time that I was running around trying to find my reserved uhaul. I will definitely NEVER be using uhaul again!
Nicole HI asked for the pick up location closest to the El Paso airport. This was a mini-mart in a residential area. Getting onto the road was difficult. There was a U-Haul store on the main road from the airport with full service and easy access. The windshield wipers needed replacing and were split (close to coming off) The personnel at the pick up were kind and as efficient as they could be where they seldom dealt with this activity.
Susan MI felt rushed. I was not told I would be paying for gas. They only told me Id pay for the rental and $.99 a mile. I also was rushed to leave. They did not do a fi al walk with me. And when J called to pick up my drill and drill bits and drill charger that was in side of passanger door , they did not do a final walk before handing it to the next person. The man was rude.

Ricardo Cfirst the attitude of the cashier and check well that their trucks really have a full tank. I used one of her trucks for only 10 miles and I put 25 dollars of gas on her when I returned it and the cashier was very rude when she told her what happened.
EDGAR OI was told that I would getting a text stating the final mount that I will be charged. I never received a text stating this information. Still waiting to see the cost of the rental.
PETER CPassenger door did not close all the way. Air vent broken. Never received my bill, they just charged me without letting me know what the charges were. Not happy
Alfonso NCashier very unprepared . My order was moved from the vista del sol location to Yarbrough . Times were not correct and I requested an appliance dolly which was not marked when they transferred the event . The cashier seems like she didn't know what she was doing . Took almost 30 minutes to check me out with vehicle .
