Very helpful service when checking in. Trailer was in good condition and all lights and brakes worked great.

Vanessa BLocation was locked and no personnel around. Had to leave the vehicle in the grass outside the location gates. Lastly, the truck leaked water badly into the cab onto me while while driving in a heavy rainfall for about 6-8 mins.

Jason PThe uhaul was extremely dirty especially in the cargo. Dirt and mud all over it. I had to take over an hour of my moving day to clean that up before able to load it.

Christina SRefused to take equipment and was told that delivery location was changed without any notification. No call, no text and no email. I showed up to drop it off and was told they wouldn't take it until they called uhaul.

Christopher TIt would be nice to have air conditioning for an 8 hr drive. Air conditioner would blow cold for 5 minutes and then blow hot, on top of that it was 100+ degrees outside not a comfortable ride at ALL! Had to make extra stops so I wouldn't get heat exhaustion. And the the oil light came on as well. What a great experience!

The lady running the site mentioned this problem for a lot of customers returning equipment. Why isn't it fixed??
