Picking up and dropping off at that location was an hassle. I was on phone for 45 minutes trying to reach customer service. I had to call the owner or representative number that the mini mart store associate gave me. When I wanted to drop off, gate was locked. I was supposed to pick up by 5 I ended up picking by 6:30. I wanted to return by 6:30, I couldn't because mini mart closed at 6. I don't know how to explain but it was a mess. The car was clean and works well but picking and returning was more stressful than the moving itself. Terrible experienceVictor O.

Never will i use uhaul or recommend to anyone ! I reserved a truck 2 weeks in advanced on move in day i try to get the truck and the battery is dead . So they sent me to a further location . Then i got the truck with no dolly even though i payed for a dolly . Also when i returned the truck they charged me way over the miles i used . Worst company everAshley E.
I think a text explanation with more detail about the mobile check in and check out experience would help a ton especially if you include a video walk through.Alice C.
Very inconvenient with the store on the street, the truck around and behind and little to no parking to leave your car. Also not the shops fault, but my equipment that I had requested was not there, and after several calls I had to go to another place to pick up the equipment and was an hour late getting to my movers and delayed my move by 2 hours with overtime. I requested the equipment and as is did not get any moving blankets. You need better coordination of truck and materials!Pamela B.
I am very unhappy with this pick up/drop off location. They do not have blankets or dolly to rent however they led me to believe it would be available upon pick up. When I went into the store, the lady was sweet but she confirmed she is extremely hands off, does not know and is not able to help. The only recommendation was to call U-Haul. I called u-haul asked them to refund me for the blankets and dolly since they were not there, and u-haul said I need to call the store owner.... of course the store owner is not answering the phone. And lastly, I noticed a 2nd large, unexplained charge from u-haul. I am very dissatisfied and feeling frustrated there is no one to help get these issues resolved.Erin O.
Do not charge your customers another day when they were on time with they're check out. Very disappointing and i want my money back.Paola C.
