EMIL R.Uhaul changed up my time and location the night before pickup. I got to the location and the uhaul dealer said they did not have a truck available. On the phone with uhaul for 1 hour, we went back to the location and got the same truck. Uhaul scheduling screwed up and was confusing everyone. I am never using uhaul again.

angel J.The shop was closed when I went there to return around 3:00 PM today. I was not expecting this as this was Monday and was open when I picked it up in the morning. I had great difficulty in login to uhaul.com/share through my phone as my internet connection was weak. It took me around 25 min to complete the process.

I think the young man who helped me did not know what he was supposed to do so I never got what I paid for. I called back and requested a refund and was told I would get one but never did. I won't be doing business with them again.

Lourdes S.There were many problems with my UHaul. First, I rented from a place in Linden, NJ. After waiting a long time to get my rental, even though I pre-registered and pre-paid, they told me our truck was in Elizabeth!! They said UHaul should have called us the night before, but they did not. Not only was it an inconvenience, and took time away from the move we were doing, but it cost me $$ because I had to pay two car service fares. An extra $15. Someone from UHaul called me just after 10 am (my pick up time), when I was the second place, and apologized that I never got the call the night before. He said because UHaul did no deliver, I would get a $50 refund for the situation as it was your mistake. It does not seem to have been applied to my bill. An additional cost was that we ordered 10 blankets to be used and they were not available at the second place. They were at the first~ no one told us the second place was a flower shop with only one truck. So we had to spend $68 dollars to buy them from the store at the storage unit we were clearing out! All around a rough ride Can you tell me please tell me why you did not apply the $50? Thank you. Beverly Pinzon cell 917 696 4605

Blanca C.I had to come here, because the uHaul on Sherman in Elizabeth, NJ which had scheduled my one way at 9 a.m. on 9/9 wasn't going to be ready until 10 a.m. They called me as I was standing out front waiting for them to open to tell me that. My moving schedule was pretty tight, so they found me another van available right away about 10 minutes away. When I got to the second pick up location, no one was there to help me with the uHaul and the Flower Store manager had to call someone who took ten minutes to come even though they had been told I was on the way from the Sherman location. It was not a smooth morning and I was disappointed with the logistics of it all.
