This was an overall poor experience with uhaul. 3 hours before i was due to go pickup my trailer from the uhaul 10 minutes from my house, i get a call saying they didnt have one. They then directed me to either flint (1 hr from me) or mt pleasant (3 hours from me). This is poor logistics and overall incompetence in scheduling.DYLAN L.

Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arriving to the Uhaul center, the door was locked and all shades were drawn. After knocking, someone unlocked it and opened up the door and asked me what I was looking for. I said, I need to to pick up a truck I reserved online. Upon entering the building, it smelled incredibly overwhelmingly of marijuana. Darius sprayed some air freshener and lit a candle. He was poorly communicative and had troubles preparing the vehicle for my use, including providing appropriate paperwork (which he still failed to provide), removing the trailer from the truck (I personally had to work on and succeeded in removing the trailer - NOT what I signed up for), he WAY overestimated the amount of fuel in the vehicle ( I have photographic evidence including mileage and time stamp to prove it). Absolutely horrible UHaul experience, and he was unable to assist me farther telling me, "Honestly you probably don't need the insurance," even though I had inquired about it. The fuel gauge was off in the vehicle and I ended up filling the tank to FULL even though 5/8ths was documented. Fortunately at the drop off location, I was reimbursed so a small extent. Overall, the customer service involved here added an extreme amount of stress to my move and I can promise that all members of my family and friend group (I'm a physician in a prestigious medical program) will hear about my service here.Daniel B.
