Andrew EEverything was very smooth. If I had one complaint it would be I could not get the 26 foot truck I had reserved on line and had to settle for a 20 foot. Other then that the hole process was fantastic and the store attendant was very helpful.

david mI understand that U-Haul likes to have their rental equipment returned rather than one-way rentals but, it’s unfortunate that I had to sit on the rental for a week because it was cheaper than dropping it off.

Victoria FThe check engine light was on, assured it was fine. Truck used 3/4 tank of gas to go 200.miles. Engine would idle on 7 cylinder. And engine shakes and shakes whole truck and steering wheel. I THINK THE TEUCK HAS TEXAS FLEAS! GOT BIT 3 OR MORE TOMES. NEED FUMIGATION!

Art RNo reflection on this location just UHaul in general. U-Haul shares equipment among dealers. So why is the renter charged so much for picking up at one location and dropping off at another within a 30 to 50 mile radius?

josh jI can't give this U-Haul location any higher of the praises that I have already given about Flight Deck Gas & Convenience. The young lady that helped my wife on Sat. 02/03 was very pleasant and very knowledgeable in her expertise on getting the trailer hooked up for my wife.

Zachary SOf all the U-Haul facilities around. This one is the best. I have used the Concord, Rochester and Alton and would prefer never to use these locations. The reason is that I show up at Farmington and I am in and on the road in 5 min. or less. Time is valuable these days and, the owner is a friendly individual to work with. Please disregard as I don't want everyone to start going there and now it will take me more time than usual. Just kidding I like every business much success being a business owner my whole life.
Zachary SOwner called due to EZ-pass transponder being left in truck. Even though it wasn't mine, I appreciate him going to extra mile to figure out who to return it to! Excellent customer service! Only note would be, this drop off location has NO reception, so I wasn't able to use the app to return the truck. However, owner went through the process when he opened in the morning and everything worked out fine!

alan DI arrived in later evening and couldn't see well. To ease my worries, the person let me park comfortably and said they would adjust in morning for my safety. That was kind of them! I would recommend location for moving needs.
