DANIEL BHave someone on site to check the vehicle in instead of having to do it myself, I should be paid as an employee for the amount of work I had to do. Maybe refunding some of my charges would be a good start seeing how I only had the vehicle for one day not the weekend.

Kayla CDid not initially pick this location. I had picked a closer location but was told last minute that I had to pick up at this location, which was an extra 30 minute drive. I was told the difference in the truck size would be covered as well, but I had to pay the difference at booking. Was very disappointed, since I reserved at the other location weeks in advance.

Stuart CIt was a bit tricky to find using GPS. Typing in the address I had on the email form brought me to a spot north of Sangudo. The address texted to me from the operator was correct, but there was a bit of an initial discrepancy.

Glen GThe gentleman at SANGUDO was very helpful and even did the paperwork on July 1st so I could puck up the truck the night before. I have rented Uhaul twice in the last 7 months out of Whitecourt and both times the vehicle i reserved was not available at the site I reserved. One time a got a smaller truck and once i got a larger one but had to drive 60km to Sangudo to get it. But both times i was charged the higher rental cost. Even though i was assured i wouldn't he.

Garry KWe have used Uhaul six times in the past. Don was by far the best we have had the pleasure of working with. He was always in contact and only a phone call away if we needed anything. Don was the only uhaul representative to date that has contacted us the day before scheduled pickup to confirm, and reached out during our rental to see how things were going. Would use this location again definitely.
