Uhaul system was down and it took me 90 minutes to get the truck rented. When I called uhaul they didn't answer and then just transferred me to the person at the location, who I was already speaking with. Uhaul customer service was awful.Kyle W.

The customer service in the drop off location is not organized and they are accusing me of not returning the Uhaul that same day, and charging me more. Every time I reach out to them they never answer and kept telling me my order is not in the system as well. Even the Uhaul Manager Jenny was going to call me back 3 days ago.Henry D.

I had to back the trailer and truck into a tight spot with no experience. The gentleman was barely any help with unhooking the trailer.Renda L.
Lack of professional person in charge was not present also could not get me checked in on the phone trailer was never checked out from his location had to spend 2 hrs in the other state try to return the trailer. The guy said he would be never did.CHARLES V.
Cust service on phone was excellent. Self pick up was a pain in the arse. They didn't have my dollie & I had to go to another location to get it, costing me time in an already tight timeline. App closed a few times and had to re-enter information. I returned the vehicle with more gas than it had when I picked it up, was still charged $9 fuel fee.Ronald A.
I don't know if this is the new UHaul standsrd but I had to disengage the equipment myself. I asked the guy if he could come and help and he said they don't do it. It's not that I could not do it but his attitude was very poor like he didn't give a damn about itALDO R.

The guy who does the U-Haul stuff was 15 minutes late from the time that I was scheduled to be there. The U-Haul trailer was very dirty and was just laying on the ground rather than being help up by a support.Nicholas H.

There were piles of cigarette ashes all over the cab. Garbage and tupperware containers under the seats. There was broken glass all over the inside of the box and i cut my finger cleaning it.John F.
This location was not nice at all. They were loose dogs running around. The person who worked there did not speak English and told us we couldn't pick up our truck until 11 AM despite having a confirmation for 10:15 AM. He was less than friendly and very threatening. The guy who does the U-Haul finally showed up and we got out of there around 10:30 AM. The location is very run down and I felt unsafe being there. In addition to this, we had ordered rental moving equipment (dollies, furniture pads), but they were not supplied with the truc and we were told we would have to go to an actual U-Haul facility to get them. Luckily our movers had equipment otherwise, we have had a lot of trouble moving. Overall, terrible experience and made my move 10 x's more stressful than it needed to be.Mallory K.
