Existing damage should be reflected in the picture used for comparison. There was some existing damage which I was able to document when I first picked it up. However the damage was primarily cosmetic and did not impact the function of the dolly. I was very pleased with the performance and really appreciated Uhaul providing me guidance on the best tow device for my car. I initially wanted to rent a trailer, but was told that the trailer ramp might damage my Prius which sits close to the ground. I then decided to rent a dolly which was less expensive. The truck was not mechanically up to standards. The engine light came on and I was told to drive it as far as possible and they would get help to me if I needed it but mindfully reminded me it could take up to three hours. I made it home 500 miles with this gas guzzler. I had roadside assistance come out waited three hours and the truck needs a catalytic converter which does give you poor gas mileage if it's failing guy shut the light off when I dropped it off the light popped right back on â€¦.. also the right windshield whipper fluid didn't come out of the right side causing a problem with seeing out the window with the snow and saltâ€¦. Overall I'm unhappy it doesn't seem you people maintain your trucksjessica M.
I have rented from this location many times. Every time Mary and her staff have been very professional and made sure I had the equipment hooked up correctly and everything I needed for my move. We can't thank them enough! Highly recommend!TODD W.
The agent, Mary is very rude. While I was in there she actually hung up the phone while a customer was talking. I extended the use of the truck another day online because that is how I reserved it. She called me and told me I had to bring it back. I explained that the transaction was approved. She was very rude and disrespectful. It's a way to say anything without being rude. She needs to be trained on how to work with the public. Not professional at all. I will not be visiting this location again. and I will not recommend them to anyone.Bernetta M.

It was an outstanding experience! The staff where very busy when we arrived. But they acknowledged us, very curious to us and helped get us the right equipment to haul our car. I came into the store thinking I just needed a tow dolly. Come to find out I would have destroyed my rear wheel drive transmission! They were able to rent us a small truck and autotransporter CHEAPER than getting a rollback to ship my car 300 miles! What a deal! Many Thank Yous to Mary and Fishing Creek Nursery! Was sent to this location due to my truck not being available at the location I selected. When I arrived the place was closed so I began the online pick up. It never gave me a code for the keys and I spent 1 hour on hold with the 800 number trying to get them to help me get the keys. Finally when they got on she said that it had to be refreshed. After getting the code we inspected the truck. The cab had sticky stuff all over the console and there was no appliance dolly for me even after I reserved it. I spoke to the area manager about this and he stated that I would have to call around and find one the next morning. In my opinion that should have been handled by him or someone at UHaul. I shouldbt have to track it down. The next morning I called around to find Jones Farm Supply in Benson, NC. They didn't have a UHaul appliance dolly but they had a personal one and they let me borrow it. So thank you to them for going above and beyond.Amanda K.
This was the fourth location I was sent to as I waited for my pickup day and time. It was very confusing and frustrating time for me as I was on a tight schedule and already under way. Had I not called to confirm pickup I would have been left without my rental dolly.Richard D.
I was charged on June 11 for six hours and not 24 hours as normal 146.53 And an additional charge of 95.49 a total of 242.02 for six hours of rental. I am very very unhappy and this is unacceptable in every way. I will have this matter looked into by my bank. Please have corporate call me ASAP. I am a great customer and I feel was over charged and I want my money refunded. I will never rent from that location again if I do not get some satisfaction regarding a refund of $96.00 I am counting on general manager or corporate calling me and getting this matter straighten out.SANDY B.

I rented a 26 foot uhaul truck & 24 bin totes to help with moving. This location was great at getting the orders filled, however the bins are a 2 way pick up & drop off. Meaning you have to return them to the same location you rent from, kind of an inconvenience. The truck ended up being a remote pick up since the location never received one from a drop off. The remote location is a joke! The keys are in locked box, however your phone gps has to recognize you at the at that lock box. Which is most cases doesn't. The truck was on empty. Had to full up immediately to be able to drive. ( right at $100.00 in fuel) not the best way to start a moving process.Bobbie B.
