Everyone on both sides of the trip were pleasant and helpful.
Steven DFollow through with Uhaul company that vehicle was returned as I got a call from Uhaul the next day when/where I returned the truck.
Sarah MTruck that I had assigned was not useable. The location also was not open to help in the situation. I was charge for extra equipment that was not in the vehicle.
Calvin GThe trailer constantly leaked air from the back right tire and the vehicle needed oil desperately. It was not ready to be rented and was cleared no inspected before doing so. I plan on arguing for a refund.

Mary HNo parking. Longest check in process I've had to date with uhaul. The locks for the keys were almost frozen and took two people to move the lever to get them out.
DEVON BI've used this location twice to rent a U-Haul and have been very pleased with the service each time. The service to check in has always been quick and easy and the attendants courteous and knowledgeable. This is definitely the only place I would rent from.

NICOLE FNIce location and easy to find. The attendant was attentive and quickly got us checked in and the equipment assigned to us. There was a check engine light on when we started the vehicle up so had to go talk to him about that but he explained the issue and we went on our way. This location is in another business and when we got back, the attendant was busy and unable to process our check-out. He asked us to leave the key on the desk as he couldn't stop what he was doing. I was a little unsure about this as I wasn't sure what the final cost of the lease would be as there was to be an additional mileage fee added. I did receive the final invoice a couple of hours later and everything was processed correctly. Overall a good experience and I would definitely use this location again.
Katherine CThe location and people were very good at getting truck and returning truck. Did notice the truck had check engine light on and the tire pressure light came on. I just think this vehicle needs serviced. Everything else was typical UHaul.
Meghan RVery disappointed to have to pay more after turning it in a day early. No one ever told me that the max mileage was 144. My fault, I didn't read the fine print.

Janet BDropped the truck off after hours so I just used the mobile app to return it. Very small UHaul dealer so expect limited inventory if you are picking up.
James PTruck was parked in wet mud and could barely get out of parking lot. Cabin smelled like smoke. I paid extra for 10 moving blankets and none were in truck. Truck had warning on dash about low tire pressure. Not a great experience

Kim YIt didn't feel like a U-Haul location and has a VERY tiny parking area for the trucks, but all was good.

Michael WThe truck died and stalled the whole time. There was no live person to check in as promised. Called the two when the truck died, as told they wouldn't charge me but they did. Never again.

Sameer VThe lock didn't work accurately. The letters appear on both the front and back side, so it's unclear which side to enter the code to. Also, after attempting many times, basic lock rules apply and should be added to the U Haul instructions. This is of no fault to Fine Lines , but required me calling the contact early in the morning, when clearer instructions could have been provided. Also, when attempting to verify my identity, it should be explicitly stated that an alternative method of providing identification might be required. Most people don't travel with both their ID and passport. Calling a personal contact early in the morning might not be an option for a lot of people. The return process was 10x easier. No complaints whatsoever (thus far) with the return process!
Amanda MNot send anyone to this location Horrible customer service. Didn't check in truck while we were there. Got charged for things we did not get told about. Not happy at all. I've never spent this much on a one day rental ever

Joyce LWhen we got there he had not yet checked in the truck from the last person, so we had to wait on that. What seemed more odd was that he didn't even go out to the truck to do it. When he spoke we could barely hear what he was saying. We also did not receive any paperwork from him so I figured everything was just online. However, my dad rented a truck a few days later in Kansas City and did receive paperwork for his rental.

Shauna mWas supposed to pick up the truck at 10am and the owner of the property never showed up. Luckily a general manager for Uhaul just happened to stop by this location and took care of the rental for me.
Patrick TDrop box was hard to find. The workers saw me and locked the door. The website was also down and I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone to make sure I could confirm I was dropping off.

Adnan HThe last 3 times I have reserved a uhaul the price i am quoted changes when I go to pick up the truck. This time it was almost triple the amount. Last time it was over double. Uhaul seems to scam people who are in a hurry and trying to move. There is no way that it can happen all 3 times within a 6 or 7 year period and it not be intentional. Either that or I am the unluckiest person on the planet. Get your stuff together uhaul!

Robert SThe location I was instructed to leave the truck at had no parking left for the vehicle, so I had to leave it parked by a curb instead. As I was trying to return the rental, the uhaul app was stuck in a loop and would not allow me to submit any pictures to continue the process. What was the point of having and making me download a broken app? This whole journey has been a bad reflection on Uhaul for me and I will actively seek other companies to use first in the future.
AMBER KThe drop off was a parking lot. The phone number for the "store" did not answer and had no voice mail. I finally found the "store", a barber shop/tattoo parlor. I was told to just unhook the trailer by the trucks. Not sure what the "store" offers in terms of service as I had none.

Michael SCould not get our phone to share location and thus could not go through the return checklist like was asked. Tower may not be near enough. Then had to follow up to make sure it was put in the system that we returned it in great shape, following all of the rules.
KELLY HWe had a TERRIBLE experience. I have talked to several representatives and two of them even said we would be getting a refund on the mileage because of all the problems and we still got billed for the entire amount of mileage that we did not even drive. We only drove 30 miles and the system said we drove 90 miles. We ordered the UHaul for Friday night but the app was not working due to a PLANNED maintenance on the website. So then we reordered it for Sunday and the app kept glitching and made me take a picture of the mileage before 4 times and it said that it all submitted and to bring back by 8 PM. Then when I went to return it an hour later and much earlier than I was even supposed to and it said it did not go through of picking it up so then it almost didn't let me return it. Then when it did let me return it it was saying I drove for 90 miles not 30. I called to tell them that when I was dropping it off and they said they would put an annotation on my account and that I would need to call the place I rented from and so I did and they said I would have to call UHaul. It has been a mess and then they told me I was going to be refunded for the mileage but in reality they just delayed them charging the Uhaul but not it is still the full price that was shown for the 90 miles not 30 miles. I am highly disappointed in the fact that I have even talked with several agents and all claim they put on the account about the problems I have had and yet we run into more. I hope to hear back from you soon.
