Could not get our phone to share location and thus could not go through the return checklist like was asked. Tower may not be near enough. Then had to follow up to make sure it was put in the system that we returned it in great shape, following all of the rules.KELLY H.
We had a TERRIBLE experience. I have talked to several representatives and two of them even said we would be getting a refund on the mileage because of all the problems and we still got billed for the entire amount of mileage that we did not even drive. We only drove 30 miles and the system said we drove 90 miles. We ordered the UHaul for Friday night but the app was not working due to a PLANNED maintenance on the website. So then we reordered it for Sunday and the app kept glitching and made me take a picture of the mileage before 4 times and it said that it all submitted and to bring back by 8 PM. Then when I went to return it an hour later and much earlier than I was even supposed to and it said it did not go through of picking it up so then it almost didn't let me return it. Then when it did let me return it it was saying I drove for 90 miles not 30. I called to tell them that when I was dropping it off and they said they would put an annotation on my account and that I would need to call the place I rented from and so I did and they said I would have to call UHaul. It has been a mess and then they told me I was going to be refunded for the mileage but in reality they just delayed them charging the Uhaul but not it is still the full price that was shown for the 90 miles not 30 miles. I am highly disappointed in the fact that I have even talked with several agents and all claim they put on the account about the problems I have had and yet we run into more. The music was SO LOUD I couldn't hear what the girl was saying. Checking in on her phone took a long time. She was very sweet but the barber!! Was very inconsiderate!! Blasting the music it was very unprofessional!! And slowed down our check in processDENISE G.
I have nothing against this specific location. The support through U-Haul itself was horrendous and made for a horrendous experience. Made my move 10x more stressful. The people at the location was great no issues there.Tara H.
