The facility was closed when I first arrived during the scheduled pick up time. The app was slow to approve my reservation and when I called in, I was on hold for a while. Finally, I decided to try the front door of the facility again, and the attendant was there 15 minutes after my pick-up was scheduled, and I was finally able to get the key. My rental truck then would not start and I had to wait for it to be serviced. While asking your customer service if I would be charged for the extra time, I did not receive an answer, then upon drop-off, the app was trying to charge me extra for going over on time. Overall, a pretty poor and stressful experience.

The clerks were not wearing masks and didn't seem to care. The truck was filthy, particularly the windshield. The fuel tank was not as stated, but I thought it was a glitch because of the gauge ( My mistake). No one accompanied me to the vehicle to check on the condition or mileage and fuel gauges. No one check me out upon return. Terrible indifferent services that gives Uhaul a bad name.

The truck was so dirty inside, it looked like it had been 4 wheeling!!! I had to ask them to clean it out!!! And then I got on the freeway and the trimming of the front windshield came off and was flapping with the wind. Not to mention, the truck was old and beat up. I felt disrespected for being put in equipment like that!!!!

I brought the truck back with the right amount of gas added. The truck was parked on a hill when the man looked at the gauge. He did not look at the paperwork to see where the gauge was at in the first place. I believe I was over charged $8.50 for gas.

made arrangement to pick up a 5' x 8' trailer on Thursday morning at 8:30 so we could load up an be on the road by 11:30. went to get the trailer and was told they didn't have one but had one in college place but they wouldn't open until 10:00. I got a phone message at 9:30 Thursday morning relating the change. set the move back by 2 1/2 hours. NOT PARTICULARLY HAPPY!!!

The truck windshield was very dirty. Employee had not opened on-time and service felt a bit rushed due to customer backup. Everything else was great. Inside of the truck was clean and fuel was full where they said it would be. Can't say that for my previous U-Haul experience.

I needed the truck from walla walka to cottonwood idaho. They gave it to me to lewiston instead. I had to pay for 70 extra miles and they gave me 25 extra miles but didn't honor it. Im twisted over it. They said it was over their pay grade to fix it in both college place and in lewiston.

I had originally reserved a 6x12 trailer in Walla Walla on Melrose street. I spoke with them twice! I arrived and they said I must pick up the trailer in Pendleton, Or. I was never notified. My goods were in Walla Walla, NOT Pendleton, 50 miles away, WTH! They did find a trailer, lights were not working. So they found me a trailer in College Place, WA. College Place was great, and only several blocks from my goods for loading. I'll go there for my next load out.

I would like to make a special point to recognize Paul at Fiesta Tapatia LLC. I recently retired from the Marine Corps after 22 years and was using U-Haul equipment to move my family to the Walla Walla, WA Area. During my cross country move trip I stopped and visited with some of the Marines I had served with over the years. One of those Marines gave me what I consider to be a priceless personalized gift for my retirement. The gift must have gotten pushed underneath the seat and I accidentally left in the vehicle when I turned it in. Paul called me and told me that when the vehicle was being cleaned he found the retirement gift. I am very grateful to Paul and the other employees at Fiesta Tapatia LLC for their professionalism and unbound integrity. Locally no issues. Regional customer service was bad. When I made the reservation an 6X12 trailer was on the lot. I had to drive an hour in the oposite direction of my travel to pick up a 6X12 trailer. I was told the local site "did not rent 6X12 trailers" and college Place, WA was the closest place. When I turned in the trailer a 6X12 was sitting on the lot. How is it that the size I wanted was there when I made the reservation and there when I dropped of the trailer but I had to drive an hour one way just to pick up the same trailer. I will be in need of renting a trailer over the next 3 years to get my son back and forth to school but will be looking for alternatives to renting from U-Haul again.

I had a bad vibration coming from trailer. Something was wrong. It took twice as long for this trip because of Poor equipment . I have rented these same. Units 3-4 times in the last 2 years. This time disappointing. It cost me time and money. I reported it to receiving dealer.

The uhaul was indescribably filthy and two tires were low in pressure. Tried to call uhaul to get 4 letter code to unlock deadbolt on the back of cargo box and was told they didn't have that info. Lots of compounding negative factors that attributed to a truly negative rental experience.

Took to long to pick up and they charged for 2 days due to not understanding that 24 hours is in one day. It's not hard to enter return time 24 hrs past pickup. Had to go online to return and it took 45 min The website would not allow me to take a picture I was on the phone with 4 different customer service personal. You system is shit and needs work. If you expect people to do everything there self you better get it figured out. Using google chrome as the excuse is bull shit! Hire some it people and fix this! Very unhappy and I should be sending you a bill for my time and frustration. And the answer we'll just return it during business hours and pay for the extra days is crap! I hope you get this crap figured out. With today's technology there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of experience.

I made the Reservation for Pendleton, OR. I arrived at the Pendleton location and was told that it had been changed to Walla Walla, WA without my knowledge or permission. I could have went w a smaller truck, but to force me to drive 1 hour to Walla Walla and then back back when I needed to pick stuff up from Pilot Rock, OR south of Pendleton. It took extra hours out of my day, and then the truck wasn't already loaded w what I asked and took more time. I am pissed about this.

Did not recommend the share website to pickup after hours, causing logistics problems. They wouldn't let me pickup after hours because they said they needed to do the hookup. I double checked the hookup in the morning and find that the tongue lock had not been screwed down. 20+ turns later it was tight - good thing I've been using auto transports since before the owners or help were born. Totally pissed.
