I had a bad vibration coming from trailer. Something was wrong. It took twice as long for this trip because of Poor equipment . I have rented these same. Units 3-4 times in the last 2 years. This time disappointing. It cost me time and money. I reported it to receiving dealer.

The uhaul was indescribably filthy and two tires were low in pressure. Tried to call uhaul to get 4 letter code to unlock deadbolt on the back of cargo box and was told they didn’t have that info. Lots of compounding negative factors that attributed to a truly negative rental experience.

Took to long to pick up and they charged for 2 days due to not understanding that 24 hours is in one day. It’s not hard to enter return time 24 hrs past pickup. Had to go online to return and it took 45 min The website would not allow me to take a picture I was on the phone with 4 different customer service personal. You system is shit and needs work. If you expect people to do everything there self you better get it figured out. Using google chrome as the excuse is bull shit! Hire some it people and fix this! Very unhappy and I should be sending you a bill for my time and frustration. And the answer we’ll just return it during business hours and pay for the extra days is crap! I hope you get this crap figured out. With today’s technology there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of experience.

I made the Reservation for Pendleton, OR. I arrived at the Pendleton location and was told that it had been changed to Walla Walla, WA without my knowledge or permission. I could have went w a smaller truck, but to force me to drive 1 hour to Walla Walla and then back back when I needed to pick stuff up from Pilot Rock, OR south of Pendleton. It took extra hours out of my day, and then the truck wasn't already loaded w what I asked and took more time. I am pissed about this.

Did not recommend the share website to pickup after hours, causing logistics problems. They wouldn't let me pickup after hours because they said they needed to do the hookup. I double checked the hookup in the morning and find that the tongue lock had not been screwed down. 20+ turns later it was tight - good thing I've been using auto transports since before the owners or help were born. Totally pissed.

Self pick up - please explain how long it will take to reenter all the information that you already give the attendant, to pick up. And when returning truck the return ap would not work. I had to call uhaul directly. But I was thankful to pick up on a Sunday when store was closed.

This location was closed for several days before (and during) our pick-up date, therefore the equipment we had requested was not inside the truck.

Unfortunately the truck indicates it needed maintenance on the tires. Also, the mobile ordeal took forever. In addition the padlock provided did not fit on the truck and my husband spent 20 minutes in the pouring rain trying to get it on the truck. We called customer service and was transferred to 3 different unprofessional people who could not help us. Someone by Makayla threatened to hang up on me because I was upset we had to explain the situation for a third time. This took up half our day to pick up one thing from a furniture store!

I will NEVER use UHaul again. The mover help that we hired through UHaul was late arriving to help us, and the restraining straps that were given to us by UHaul were useless. They did not restrain/keep the furniture immobile, and because of this a lot of my furniture was severely damaged.

The problem is with the corporation! Making reservations from the start was a mess. This company at the Corporate level needs to look at themselves. All the LARGE problems are in the reservations.

Don't allow a reservation for wanted size of trailer to go through and then email 2 days prior to pick-up that equipment won't be available. This was a HUGE inconvenience! This is not the fault of the local vendor.

The dash mentioned to check something about the tire pressure, so this “!” Light was on the entire time. I underestimated the time I needed, so I hope it was okay that I brought the truck back 2 hours late.

We had reserved the uhaul from noon to noon. We were asked to come in and get at 10. We couldn’t get done in that 24 hours because we couldn’t start loading until after 12. We would have been done if we had the original times or were given the extra 2 hours at no charge. We ended up having to pay for an extra day which I feel was caused by uhaul and I should have been given a 2 hr leeway since it was at uhaul a request that we get it early so store could close early for a graduation.

The only reason it gets an average rating is because it's in a C-store, so there's other stuff going on. The guy who works there is the best.

The trailer was clean inside but covered with mud on the outside. Since we were not penalized when we turned in the trailer, it was not a problem for us, but it may not be the best thing for your vehicles to have some of their corporate identification covered with dried mud.
