Your website kept trying to send me to another location to pickup the trailer. You need to be better inform of what this location has to offer.

Brook K.The Uhaul wesite got everything wrong. I ordered a 17 foot and ordered it for this location, when I was called before pick up, it was from the milton freewater location and it was a 26 foot, I was glad that Edna at that location was able to help get things straightened out.

Connie K.We reserved a car trailer from 8/29 to 9/3 driving from Washington to California. Reservations and pick up went smooth. Trailer was dirty and tires only had 20lb of pressure in them. The tire issue was a bit unsafe I thought but we filled them and moved on. The problem came on Friday. The day before drop off. I received a text and a phone call letting me know that the drop off point was closed for that Sat so they gave me a new address for drop off. Ok understandable, but after that I started receiving multiple calls and texts asking when we could drop it off. We were still on the road and it wasn't even sat yet. Not to mention we rented till Sat and had till closing to drop it off. These calls and texts started Friday right up to the time we dropped off on Saturday @ 12 noon. When I said something to the clerk I was told that they had perspective renters wanting it. NOT MY PROBLEM. Then told me that if I had contacted them back...so now I'm being blamed for their Unprofessionalism. No apology just blaming me because they wanted to rent out an item that was already rented out. I WILL NOT USE UHAUL AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED TO me.

john L.Customer service was great! However, my uhaul experience was very expensive. It was over 250$ for just 24 hours. It would be nice if it is rented and used within city limits that it would be cheaper.

Richard K.Fuses on the truck were blown rendering lights on the trailer inoperable. Repair technician came out at 12:00 AM and diagnosed problem but did not fix it. Before leaving on trip the next morning, I had to visit the auto parts store 3 times to get the correct fuses and replace them myself. This delayed our departure by a couple hours and added undue stress and burden to us as the customer.
Marcus W.Under thirty miles and and had to pay fourty three dollars in fuel just to replace what was used. Miles per gallon is very bad.

Rebecca F.I can't think of anything, my pickup has a small bed so I rent a trailer anytime I need to haul larger things. It is so convenient to have my info on file so it makes renting quick and easy.

Barry L.The on line check in was very qlitchy and took us over 45 mins to get help with it. he on line sent us to a different location. We were on phone waiting for a live person and once they came on they helped but sent us back to originall place for pick up. It was very frustrating since we were in a time crunch.

Craig A.Was the worst U Haul location I have ever been too during the times I have rented your equipment. Very poor hours for a drop off only opens at 10:30 am even though the sign on near the door area says 10:00 am. Several customers arrived wondering where the proprietor was none of us were able to make contact with the store or U Haul reprehensive. If this is the best U Haul can have to represent the company I really don't know how or way the company uses this location. If I ever need U Haul equipment and I would be directed to come to this location for the rental I would use some other company.
