There needs to be a broom in the back of the truck or an air hose for cleaning out little stuff like leaves dust or dirt.

Andrew was awesome. New truck with no cruise control. For long hauls .. Mississippi to Colorado.. it was a little bit tiresome and I am a professional truck driver. Other than that it was a very pleasurable experience.

I am glad the regional u haul guy was at the location when I dropped this off. He was very helpful and guided the acceptance location representitive to do the right thing when it came to gas in the vehicle. Picture of pick up showed half a tank and returnees with half a tank. Contract (paper) showed just above half a tank but EAS adjusted electronically at the pick up location. Return location was trying to charge for this without checking the record from the pick up location.

Wouldn't recommend Uhaul for 24/7 services. I had a bad experience. However, they did try to correct the wrong. In that regards, great. But that was horrible. If I'm able to find another moving company, I will.

They did not have all the furniture pads I needed. They only had 12, but I had requested 24. They didn't change that on the contract so when I returned truck in georgia, I had to explain I never received full 24.
