The process of the self check in was super complicated and there was no dolly in the uhaul despite being ordered - I went into the building as advised and asked about it. They were incredibly rude and so I had to call Uhaul and go to another location to pick up the dolly.Jessica S.

This was not my first or second choice of pick up location. When I went to the first pick up location (SE Marine Drive), the truck was not ready, I had moving helping coming at 7am and I needed the truck at 6am, I called the night before and they confirmed the truck would be available. I had to transfer to this location to get a truck, but because of the delay, I was charged another hour for moving help when it wouldn't have been needed.Kody V.
I purchased and needed furniture pads, they were not in truck and I am still upset about it. I spent well over an hour trying to get the pads and zero resolution. The best thing offered was for me to go pick them up 40 minutes from my location which would have put me 1.5 hours out while trying to get packing done plus gas to get there. If *you* make a mistake, *you* fix it the honus should not be on the customer to fix your mistakes. I asked for the pads to be delivered and uh apparently that is against your policy. Well great, you could not stick pads in a cab and send them to me. Sigh, still angry.ASHER C.
I'm Assuming this truck was used as a 1 way rental please remove the bugs off windshield before re renting to the customers and the wipers were also worn right out thanksMichael M.

Van was parked on the street, not in front of the business - not exactly easy to find.Scott K.
It was terrible! A. It took me a bit to find the vehicle. B. I did receive the code to unlock the pad lock. Good thing the dealer was there. But it was a complete inconvenience. C. I was not able to park the vehicle at the back of the building as requested by the dealer. The truck is at least 7 ft wide + mirrors. The spot to park the vehicle was only 9 ft due to a bad parking jobs by the vendor of his two other vehicles. It would have been impossible for me to get out of the truck even if I was able to park it. There was no indication of any other spot I could park. I was unsure whether I was able to park in front of another garage door etc. I ended up parking at the front of the building. I am more than happy to send a picture of the parking spot that was left for me to park in. Overall very dissatisfied!Kristie L.
Representatives were not familiar with your online system which delayed the check-in process, spoke little to no English, charged (and subsequently refunded) for services I did not request or use, and had not cleaned the vehicle when I picked it up. I was directed to this location when a vehicle was not available at my preferred location. I will not use this location again.JOHN M.
