The facility was spectacular, very clean, very pleasant. Cliff and John are excellent in customer service, they were very attentive, they offered us a bottle of water after we had driven for 5 hours from Tampa. They offered us to use the restroom if we needed to. Very kind and personable staff members. They were very accommodating and helpful with our needs of returning a truck, storage renting and afterwards picking up a truck. Our storage unit has been very good, no problems at all. They keep it very clean and they are seen constantly taking care of it. They made us feel like home. This is the best uhaul facility we have ever used, absolute congratulations to all. We will continue using this facility.

First and foremost, Cliff is a valuable employee. He was helpful when initial Uhaul was not drivable. Then he was helpful when my move in got rescheduled and needed a storage unit. Then when another employee forgot to closeout my account when I moved out of storage, he remembered me and corrected that error. He's pleasant, on point and extremely helpful. Frontdesk personal , manager super friendly, they work fast and explain terms of contract clearly. They offered me water and most important understood my needs to the extent that they went the extra mile an exchange my truck for a bigger one , when it was 2 minutes left to close the store an stood there extra 10 minutes to help get the truck I needed.

I stored My boat here for a couple years and loved the 24 hour access as we would use the boat early in the morning. The location is very convenient since the boat ramp we used was only about a mile away. There was plenty of room and we never had any issues with using the facility. The only downside was that the monthly rent started to increase a little too often and became very expensive.

Giving two weeks notice is ludicrous! Paying for two weeks on an empty unit is insane. We told them we were vacating it several days ahead of time but they said we never told them. So we paid for the unit. Giving two weeks on a job is crucial. This is a storage unit.
