When I had an issue with the ball on my truck they provided me with the 1.5 inch wrench that I needed to swap the ball. Thanks again!

When I thought I paid for the days I was using it at the pick up. However, I noticed one was saying "Use for 6 hours" and the dolly was for "48 hours" Which makes no sense.

Brittany DuffieldThe Biggest problem I had was with the 800 UHaul number. The person was not helpful at all. She did not even know of the Feamster location and she said that I had to go to the Lewisburg, WV location. I had been to Feamsterearly that morning before they opened. They had 5 10' trucks, so I know they did have what I needed. I fiinally had to hang up on the person and I told her that she was completely unhelpful. I drove back to Feamster at 1 PM. He was closed as he had a doctor's appointment. I did get a cell phone number and spoke to the agent's wife. She arranged for me to meet her husband in about 45 minutes. He arrived and took excellent care of me. This is an excellent center because of the agent. he deserves five stars and I will use him again. I will not call your 800 number because the information was completely incorrect and they did not even know of the Feamster location. I had to go above and beyond to use the Feamster location. Please provide your 800 people with updated information.

James WeissOur rental place was changed the day before the rental date and the new location was 40 minutes In the opposite from the original location. The new location was very inconvenient and added another 1.5 to the move trip. We made our reservation 2 months in advance.

Mary K SpencerComing from I-64, the GPS shows arrival at location a good 3/4 of a mile before actual business. All wooded area with several turnoffs. Can be confusing. Stay on route! Business is right next to road. There are two buildings. Office for pickup was on left side. Signage would be very useful.
Bruce WorkmanThe guy at the location was a smart butt and kind of nasty, the truck was dirty and someone had smoked in it yet nothing was said! I have breathing issues and allergies and the 10 hour drive turned into 30 hours because I couldn’t stay in the truck more than an hour without choking , coughing, and eyes and nose watering to the point I couldn’t go on! I called your help line and took 4 different tries of over a half hour or longer waited until I got a woman who said to role the windows down and check for an ashtray! I thought all rental vehicles where smoke free but sure enough their was a small shut compartment on the center engine cover full of ashes and cigarette butts! #uhaulfamousFail!!

The one issue that could be easier would be to request that trucks be filled with gas when the truck is returned. My truck was to be returned with about a third of a tank. I just filled it up upon returning it. Thanks for a great experience!

Gregory MalnikoffOnly complaint I have is , it took 5 hrs. to find a truck. When anyone is ready to move ,nobody wants to spend this kind of time looking for a truck. It was only good fortune that we got this one!! Right time right , right place. Traveled 40 minutes one way to get truck. Not a good way to do Buisness!!
