charles dOnce we made contact with this location they were helpful. The staff at this location both work at other full time jobs, therefore setting a pick up time required several phone calls. We ordered packing blankets with the order, the location staff had to go to another location to obtain the needed blankets. Once we found the location and were at site we had to call the staff to complete the pick up. Once the staff was on site they were very congenial, kind and helpful. Maybe just at sign off the condition of the Nation during Covid - 19 but this staff is using U-Haul as a second source of income, thus the conditions listed above.

charles dNobody’ is at the location after a few calls, find out I had to go across the street to restaurant owned by same family, then they call someone to cone down and help.

Also received call 2 Days beforcwe were to pick up that they couldn’t get us trucks to our area!!! We drove 3 hrs to pick up one and then the found a second but smaller than we needed. It was all very frustrating!! However Rachel was a God send as she kept in contact and did everything she possibly could to help us out. So appreciated her!!
Linda LWhen I arrived to pick up the trailer no one was around and the sign on the store front said "closed". I hooked up the trailer, loaded it and returned about 1 1/2 hr. later. Still no one at the business.. After I returned the trailer it was confirmed that everything was in good condition. An additional $78 charge was made to my credit card
Joseph CI wish U haul New where their shit was. We were told Russell KS was closest for 5x8 only to find one in Oakley after specifically asking about Oakley. Dealers are great but u haul sucks.
Craig Bwas not location we were supposed to pick up at. waited 2 hours for it to open just to call uhaul to find out uhaul was supposed to call us to report they had a emergency to have to close early. the lady from uahual was rude when i asked to talk to a manager she said they would call me back. went out of my way 1 hr drive to get truck and then waited 2 hrs for nothing! i will never use uhaul again!
