Clean up this location. The personnel did not go out and look at the truck, mileage, etc. I was told to park the truck out across the street instead of them doing it. Not very good experience.

The drop off location was a little awkward. It is located behind the Valero gas station. We dropped off the truck at night after hours. It was kind of dark and I was a little uncomfortable by myself. My brother in law met me there and was toward the back of the truck, I was at the front taking the photos for the after hours drop off confirmation through my phone. A strange guy on a bicycle with a dog rode up and scared the crap out of me, it was was a little creepy. It wasn’t totally dark, but could have some better lighting. The box to drop off the keys was at the actual Valero convenient store. It was well lit and once we found it was easy to use. We parked the truck in the grass lot behind the store. So we were looking around and couldn’t find it at first. Other than this, no issues. Easy to drop off.

Location was Dirty and didn’t have the equipment available was told they had. Employees were no help and when my reservation was changed they added collision coverage which I didn’t have on my first. The gas gage also got stuck as I was filling the tank which made me fill it all the way up and didn’t register an accurate gas amount until I hit a bump and it jumped up to full. Ended up spending 60 dollars in gas. Instead of the 20 that it needed to get it back to a half tank. Employee stated that uhaul would not do anything about that.

First of all the smell in that store was horrific!! Beyond words nasty! I hasn’t priority even after waiting my turn to speak to the clerk because their gas station customers come first. I was asked repeatedly to step to the side while they helped others after renting this unit online it took me a hour to pick it up. No one stepped outside to go over the truck or help me get the dolly out of the cab of the truck and place it in the back. They gave me the wrong dolly they gave me an appliance dolly which wasn’t useful as we were moving boxes. Yet I was charged. I put 4.5 gallons of gas in the truck and was charged an additional 7.25 for gas. I tried to call customer service while waiting to pick up the unit to see what the issue was and was told it would be a 57 minute wait. I’m disappointed in UHaul all the way around and you should do a better job at who you allow to rent your trucks.

Pick up place changed and had to drive 40 mins away from home. Get there at 8am as reservation said and the place didn't open till 9:30am. Spoke to Kevin at Uhaul whom was very pleasant to deal with. Went to original place in farmersville, Texas that had a 10ft but we needed something. I pull in and the had 5 10 ft and 2 of the 20 ft units. They showed no 20 ft units because they had been sitting there for days and nobody had checked them in. Kevin and I checked them in over the phone and got confirmation started. Kevin gave us a $50 credit for all the trouble, reduced mileage for us and extended it for 24 hours. Although it was smaller it did the job. It took us 45 mins to get it rented because it's in a gas station and 1 person was working and constantly got interrupted. So finally 2 hours after we were originally suppose to start moving , we got the truck home. The truck was really dirty and I took pictures to protect myself. I also noticed that the paperwork had me bringing truck back at 4:30 and not 24 hours like Kevin stated. I told the guy and he said there was nothing he could do about the time. I returned truck a few minutes before 8pm. The guy at gas station said he would put us as return at 8pm , but we would be charged another day because it was late. I just said okay and that I would call Uhaul on Monday and speak to Kevin. This was a terrible experience and that service station was nasty, dirty, un-organized and very unprofessional. The place should not be representing Uhaul. In addition I rented 24 pads and yet this location had zero pads so we had to move with our personal blankets. Not a fun experience at all. Michael Scott

Clean the vehicle when returned. Dont charge me twice for the same rental. I could have rented at Budget truck for the same price you quoted and not been charged for 2 rentals for going over 6 hours. Theirs is for 24 hours and less per mile. I feel ripped off. I could have hired professional movers to take care of it for just $50 more than you charged me for renting a truck. This is bullshit.

My experience at this location was abysmal; the person doing the rental was inept, they didn't have everything I'd reserved, and they couldn't pull up my reservation. In addition, both people with whom I interacted were disrespectful. If this had been my first experience with U-Haul, I would never be back. This location doesn't live up to my expectations of U-Haul, and in my opinion, they shouldn't be a U-Haul rental location. They didn't go over my rental agreement; they didn't show me to my truck; they didn't verify my beginning mileage or anything about the truck. They handed me the key and said, "It's parked somewhere out back." I cannot recommend highly enough that people avoid this location even if it's the only one left in Texas.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul. The trailer was parked too close between a truck and another trailer and the owner made me use my own vehicle to move the trailer that was in the way. The trailers were all parked in a dirt lot and it was muddy. I told him I didn’t want my truck to get stuck in the mud. He said it wouldn’t but it of course did. He went and got an employee from the back of his property who was covered in sweat and dirt to help me because he had to leave “to go to the bank.” I will never rent from this location again!
