The new checkin on the UHaul site was not clear. It took me an hour to checkin the truck which made me late to pick up Girl Scout cookies. I have been telling the other troops to rent UHaul for their pick up but I got to tell you I was extremely frustrated today. There was no clear indication on the site telling me to hit the order number to checkin the truck. The gentleman at Farkas was very nice but did not know how to help me. I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for assistance. Super frustrating.Cat Y.

The retailer committed insurance fraud by claiming damage to the bumper of the vehicle! This was intended whether I had purchased additional coverage or not. Unethical, at best!!!DION J.
