Franco was amazing and I would absolutely rent through him again. However, everything related to the mobile pickup and uhaul's website was terrible, and I felt bad for Franco as he had to assist and gave excellent customer service while I had multiple issues with the webiste and app. What could have been a 10 minute pickup took 30+ minutes. For reference it took me 35 mintues to load up the truck I rented, that's how awful the website was. I chose to rent early so I could be done early and the pickup slowed me and my friends down.The picture function didn't work, the mobile pickup didn't work, Franco had to completely redo my order in shop. 10/10 for him and Family Tire Pro, 1/10 for Uhaul. Invest in a website/app overhaul because it's bad tech.

Far more expensive than originally anticipated/quoted. Didn't have enough gas in the tank to get me to my location despite giving the number of miles that would be driven ahead of time. Super confusing pick up situation and no direction given ahead of time. Super disappointed in the overall experience and would not ever come here again. Will actively be telling my friend's not to use this service.

Shauna CI requested to return to Provo location over the phone when I confirmed the truck pick up. However, the app didn't let me do so when I was ready to return the truck. I was forced to go to American Fork instead.
