Used app to pick up rental. Key wasn't where app said it would be. Early return was challenging as English isn't the first language for location operator. They didn't credit me for the fuel added during rental..... App had no return or early return instructions... had to call location - which was first exposure to language barrier...... Truck was clean and well maintained.

Original drop off on my contract does not exists. Phone was disconnected. took an hour to find this place. very dissatisfied with this uhaul experience.
mike B.Police hostage negotiations/swat team van was there parked in front of drop off store. There were multiple police in the area for some kind of incident. Very scary neighborhood. Poor and dangerous location for unsuspecting people trying to drop off a truck! We had no warning how bad a neighborhood it was! I would not want to ever drop a Uhaul there again. The location is near a liquor store that obviously was under police surveillance! Very Dangerous situation. We had to leave truck there or we would have been charged extra miles. It was a scary drop off!

valarie K.We had SO many trouble with drop off after hours. Costumer service helpful over the phone. Horrible experience in general. The truck was making a worrisome noise when used above 60 miles/hour, it was leaking rain inside the driver cabin and I got extremely wet. When costumer service finally answered me (after TWO HOURS waiting), they told me to accept 50$ for the problem and when I ask for more information and to speak with a supervisor, they hung up on my face. I called back and left a message. I received a message on my machine saying that "I am concerned .. other users rented the same truck after you and nobody complained". I was basically accused of being a liar. I have MANY MANY MANY PICTURES AND VIDEOS of everything. Happy to send them all to everyone. Will never rent with U-Haul again.

NAimah A.There were broken glasses everywhere in the back of the truck, and when I asked if he could clean it up if I brought it back, he said sure but he doesn't know if I'll get charged for the traveling distances. In the end I just moved because I was tight on schedule and in the process I got few cuts from the broken glasses. Very unsatisfied.
