Tried to return the U Hual to one deal and he said he wouldn't take it. I was really PO because I had to find another dealer that would take it. Found Family Technology Group, they took it and were fantastic

Be more considerate of customer needs. Issues with the pickup due to an issue on Uhauls behalf and the customer is charged for the inconvenience! Wouldn't fix the issue immediately was told to " dial the 1-800 number."
kayla sTheir store hours are not as described. Although I had the app drop off/ pick up only, I feel like the store should of been more clear about their hours. I am also being a little picky about it because I needed them. I dropped the keys off in the drop box, and then realized I left something important in the driver seat. :/ I kept calling their number and finally got someone to answer. We were able to arrange a pick up time, so in that I give them a plus. For understanding and correlating with me.

Kassiem GPerson works on cellphones, was working on one when we entered. Did not speak to us, continued working on the phone he was doing. Stood there for 1/2 hr. Also never answered when I called when arriving .. idk just very unprofessional in my opinion
Roland DThey gave me a messed up truck that wouldn't go in reverse most times and that had problems with the engine. Then overcharged me dramatically for I don't know what fucking for. NEVER USING UHAUL AGAIN.
Isabel CCharged way to much for how long we had the truck which less than 15 hrs and drove less than 30 miles. Definitely ripped us off. Should no longer be in service

William DThis location was extremely far away from my final destination and I was charged extra money due to the fact I went over in mileage. The fact that I brought the truck to a location that is convenient to your company but not to me should not be grounds to charge me extra money. I even brought the vehicle back one day early. When I first picked the vehicle up I was told the drop off location would be three miles from my final destination location; however, when reviewing the contract, the location was somehow changed. Seems to be a scam to me.
Lincoln PThere was no one at the location that knew how to use the U Haul computer system. Had to wait for that person to call back - was at a doctor appointment.

Gregory JWould not advise to drop off at Family Technology Group. Hard to find as all they have is small sign in ground at edge of parking lot and a drop box on this cell phone repair shop. Employee was on cell phone when we returned vehicle and refused to come out and inspect upon return. Within hours we had been billed for $68.00 for gauge being at 3/16 vs. 1/4. Billing issue has since been corrected and we were refunded after 42 minutes on the phone with Uhaul customer service who by the way was very friendly.
Kristie jUsed app to pick up rental. Key wasn't where app said it would be. Early return was challenging as English isn't the first language for location operator. They didn't credit me for the fuel added during rental..... App had no return or early return instructions... had to call location - which was first exposure to language barrier...... Truck was clean and well maintained.
William POriginal drop off on my contract does not exists. Phone was disconnected. took an hour to find this place. very dissatisfied with this uhaul experience.
mike bPolice hostage negotiations/swat team van was there parked in front of drop off store. There were multiple police in the area for some kind of incident. Very scary neighborhood. Poor and dangerous location for unsuspecting people trying to drop off a truck! We had no warning how bad a neighborhood it was! I would not want to ever drop a Uhaul there again. The location is near a liquor store that obviously was under police surveillance! Very Dangerous situation. We had to leave truck there or we would have been charged extra miles. It was a scary drop off!

valarie kWe had SO many trouble with drop off after hours. Costumer service helpful over the phone. Horrible experience in general. The truck was making a worrisome noise when used above 60 miles/hour, it was leaking rain inside the driver cabin and I got extremely wet. When costumer service finally answered me (after TWO HOURS waiting), they told me to accept 50$ for the problem and when I ask for more information and to speak with a supervisor, they hung up on my face. I called back and left a message. I received a message on my machine saying that "I am concerned .. other users rented the same truck after you and nobody complained". I was basically accused of being a liar. I have MANY MANY MANY PICTURES AND VIDEOS of everything. Happy to send them all to everyone. Will never rent with U-Haul again.

NAimah AThere were broken glasses everywhere in the back of the truck, and when I asked if he could clean it up if I brought it back, he said sure but he doesn't know if I'll get charged for the traveling distances. In the end I just moved because I was tight on schedule and in the process I got few cuts from the broken glasses. Very unsatisfied.
