Fast and easy
Shunyetta Bthe truck was great but it cost me 150.00 for my movers to start actually work took that long to get the lock to unlock total bullshit

She made me feel right at home and she gave me clear directions on my 26 feet truck rental and asked if I needed additional accommodations such as trolley and of course I did need it!!! charleston dNot good communication and the air did not work in the truck

ELIZABETH FI paid for a appliance dolly and it was not inside the moving truck. I need to be reimbursed for this item!!
Lamont DWe rented a dolly, it didn't come with it, and we did not receive a refund for that. The drop off location was not accessible at all and had no instructions for the lock box

Gloria DThe online process is horrible. There's no one on site. The building wasn't open either when getting or returning the U-Haul. There's a food truck in the parking lot and its patrons are in the way when taking the required photos of the return process. The U-Haul was on empty, empty, empty when we picked it up. Ridiculous.
Alexis LThe rental was for a 20ft truck and 3 dozen blankets. When I arrived I had to call customer service to get them to activate the rental so I could use the app to dispatch the truck since the location was closed (during normal business hours). The dispatch process was hindered since the apps photos were not of the correct truck. I verified the license plate, and I was taking the correct admin number but the pictures were of a completely different vehicle (from admin number to art on the side); pickup took over 40 minutes due to issues. The requested and "guaranteed" blanks where not in the unit (and since the locations was unmanned) no one was around to help. Customer service was little help as well. They initially tried to send me to another local location (but farther away) to get the blankets, but when I called to check on the reservation, I was informed they had none available and "corporate does this all the time". Finally after I called a fourth time and requested a supervisor verify the location and stock of the rental blankets was I able to get them; however it took driving 22 minutes each way and was told only a regional manger could do anything to compensate me for the hours spent getting the truck, dealing with customer service (and being on hold or disconnected), and traveling out of my way to get rental items they "guranteeed" would be there. I would not recommend the location or Uhaul. The corporate and regional customer service were not helpful.

Stefan KIt took me an hour to get through the self check in. The app didn't work. The website wouldn't allow me to self check in without logging in. Then I spent 30 min on the phone with customer service for it to finally work. Then I spent another 30 min trying to verify myself bc no rep told me I had to have certain verification info if my DL was out of state but lived in the area I was picking truck up. Once it came time to return I spent 30 min trying to return the truck, the website crashed on me after I submitted all photos, locked truck up and was eventually in my car. When I called customer service again I spoke with Autumn and she didn't help me at all. She told me to go into the Gallery. Then proceeded to tell me the truck was showing returned at 1:24. I told her I returned at 1pm and nothing was working , I wanted to know if I'd receive a late fee bc this wasn't my fault and she just gave me the run around. And to top it off my reservation email said return by 1pm but when I online it said 11am. I will never use a self check in ever again if it's going to be this time consuming and difficult especially when customer service acts like they don't care
Venezia WI spent 30 minutes trying to get the app and website to work. Took a pic of my face and listence and it wasn't taking it. The lock to unlock the truck didn't work and the lady said it happens all the tjme. We had to get another truck. We were suppose to leave at 6 and didn't get done with everything til 7. All the pics of truck took forever to upload. All n all it was too much hassle and will NEVER do it again. Also , trying to verify references lady was rude

Reita BThe location did not have proper parking for our rental equipment and despite returning the equipment before 5pm on a Monday there was no one at the property to assist in the check in progress. There were multiple people walking/lingering around the property which led to an overall uncomfortable experience. I was also extremely disappointed to find that the uhaul app did not work for our return of the equipment.

Anthony SCharged for gas. Have pictures timed and data stamped. Will dispute. Called about the charge, stated vehicle was dirty with a chip bag and peanuts. Not possible was not our truck (we don't eat peanuts) person(lady) that answered extremely rude upon answering phone, talked over us and actually hung up on my husband. Could never get anyone else to answer the phone. This was at 4:30-4:45 when online states they close at 5pm. Extremely disappointed with this process
Coneic PWhen we got there, and located the code to retrieve the key the code did not work we sat for over two hour trying to access it to access this truck the store owner called and gave us a truck like that just been returned without being checked out etc

ZACHARY GNo issues at all, great service and truck worked as it should for the short trip. I was disappointed only that I reserved at one location and had to pickup/reserve at another due to truck shortages which changed our trip plans and added to our mileage. I don't believe that's Family Furnitures fault though.

Gerica STruck was dirty when I received both interior and back. I noted that when I picked it up. Was still charged a $28 cleaning fee even though I dropped off the truck cleaner than I received. Such a scam.
Avery LThey didn’t give me the appliance Dolly I ordered and still charged me for it anyway.
