Everything was really good the gentleman that helped us was very professional and friendly and showed us alot of things and let us know everything that we needed to know
FELICIA PIn addition to reserving a 20' truck, I had reserved two dollies, an appliance dolly and a regular dolly. Neither of the dollies were in the truck when I picked it up at the Harper Woods, MI location. I had to go to your UHaul location in St. Clare Shores to pick up the appliance dolly. The regular dolly was unavailable. This delayed my move by almost two hours. I ended up returning the truck later than expected. I would like a refund for the missing dolly. UHaul charged me for the extra time for the truck return. I wasn't happy with the overall transaction.

rhonda EI took a photo of the odometer before I left the parking lot of the U-Haul facility. I took a picture of the odometer upon my return of the U-Haul when the attendant came out to check the odometer. Her check-in odometer was incorrect either. She reported it wrong. Recorded it wrong or someone recorded it wrong? I did not drive 63, mi today. I expect. Would appreciate if someone will contact me as soon as possible. I will be available all day Sunday and Monday but I will be expecting to hear from someone regarding this matter. I am stopping payment on this matter with my bank until it is resolved. 313-7782926

SHELLY AStruggled to check in online. Locked keys in truck by accident when returning and attendant didn't have spare set he said. Had to call for lockout. Was charged fee for after hours pickup and or drop off. Why?
Peter TThis sight is renting Uhauls that's over heating. When you make them aware they just tell you to contact cooperate . This is very unprofessional.

HAROLD DThe Johnson's were professional and polite. I' m a advocate for great customer service and that's what I got. Not just polite they made me aware of things I didn't know. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a uhaul.

ELIZABETH ATook over 45 min to get the U-Haul, get the keys equipment wasn't in truck and truck on E. Then get charged an extended fee of 80 plus! I would never recommend this company nor ever use it again!

Jonathan LHave someone at the desk when you say you're going to be open. Have less speakers playing stuff so the customers can hear you when you speak, or just speak up. Don't pitch other services/products while I'm just waiting to pick up my keys. I'm renting a U-Haul, I probably don't need to sign up for a TV service with 6,000 channels right now.

Charlie HUnable to get the key out of the lockbox - had to call for assistance and was delayed significantly. Also, the U-Haul app did not work. Was on the phone with Customer Service for about 45 minutes trying to resolve U-Hauls system problem. Very frustrating. I have multiple upcoming trips where I plan to rent a truck, but will try and find another rental company as this was not a good experience.

Laajaanai SMy Husband and I was at the location at 9am, we didn't receive at trunk until after 11am, was give the code to the code box for the key and there wasn't a key. The customer service representative in the store was unpleasant. She and I got into a heated conversation. My experience was unacceptable. HOWEVER, the representative on the customer service phone line was p Pleasant and helpful
