Very polite at both locations in Grangeville Idaho and Airway Heights Wa. I do wish there were closer drop off locations to where I moved, but that is a me issue. Lol The gentleman in Airway Heights was very polite and professional. As was the young lady in Grangeville. I was impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you

Harvey is excellent to rent from. Box trucks are well maintained coming off this lot. I continue to do business with Harvey not uhaul. There are lots closer to my house but I will drive out to his lot. Thank you thank you. You are helping Next Stop Thrift grow.

I let staff I dropped truck of to know about my belongings getting wet and they said they would look into refunding some $ but I haven't heard anything from them they didn't seem like they cared much

The person running that location was not friendly even slightly. When I returned the trailer less then 2 hours later, he appeared to be gone with a note on the door. I disconnected the trailer myself, then I called to verify that I was returning the unit, and he appeared from behind the gate! Again not friendly, however, he did say he threw his back out. Hopefully just having a bad day, and not this un-friendly on a regular basis.

Returned the trailer outside of business hours. The location was easy to find and had plenty of space to make it easy to park the trailer in.

Tire was flat when I went to pick up. I was asked to take the tire for repair, which I did because there were no other trailers available. UHaul wasted hours of my time due to improperly maintained trailer. Never again.

Showed up for our reservation and they didn’t have a truck for us. Then we were sent to a different location and the truck hasn’t been swept out and due to us having to get the truck at a different location we were late getting back to have the movers we paid for to start loading our stuff. I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience this time. A notification the morning of would have been appreciated so I could plan accordingly
