The truck had a roof leak. Also when trying to fill the gas tank the pump would click off. I wish it had cruise control and Bluetooth as I can talk on the phone hands free.

Eartha RFor a facility that is so well lit and everything under surveillance, it is beyond ridiculous to turn off a CODED gate at 7:00 pm. I came with my $1,000-day movers to unload my unit, and because it was 8:00 pm, I was not allowed access to my property. MAYBE I could understand a midnight cutoff, but 7:00 is completely ridiculous. There is nothing "EZ" about "EZ." The name is a joke, and I would never, ever recommend a place that refers to people like me as "riff-raff."

SARAH TAll was great except they didn’t have the 12 furniture blankets that I paid for in the truck. Had to use blankets from my house instead. No big deal just $10 gone to waste for nothing.
Mitch BWe have been using this facility well over 10 years and was forced to move because owners would not allow me to store my motorcycle. I had a motorcycle with the previous owner and never any problem and have always had renters insurance with previous owners.

willard wReserved truck through truck share. When I arrived at allotted time truck was there but the website said not available for pickup. When I called the U-Haul customer service line I was told there was nothing they could do except move my reservation back to 2 pm for a smaller truck at the same rate. The person running the storage location didn’t arrive until 30 minutes after they were scheduled to open and no one offered any accommodations for failings on U-Hauls end. Very disappointed with the whole process. Truck also needs the window on driver side sealed it sounded like I had the window open the whole time I was driving

Then I finally make it to the correct one and the key was in the wrong drop box and I was given the wrong code for it. I had to wait close to 10 minutes in the freezing rain trying to get assistance so I could pick it up.
Hilary RI ordered 20 furniture pads/blankets and, though I was charged for them, those pads were not in the truck. Please remove that charge from my invoice.
David BThe only problem was it took me about 2 hours to get the truck using the 24/7. I had to call the 800 number for some help cause the combination lock code wouldn’t open the lock. I ended calling about 3 times waiting over 15 mins each time to speak with someone. Finally the last person was really helpful who ended up calling a technician out, who I had to wait 30 mins for. He couldn’t open the lock Either and he finally cut me a new key for the truck so I could get on my way!!! He was great and very helpful.

brandy jMy pick-up destination was changed to another one and no one called me to let me know. I did received an email but I didn't check my emails before leaving to go and get the truck so I went to the wrong location and there was no one at that location and I tried to call the number and no one answered. If this location was not operating then it shouldn't have been on the list to pick.

First off the guy walked out and looked at the trailer before we left and said we were good to go no more than 1 hour after we had the trailer the tire kept going flat we have stopped over 4 times to put air in the tire and so I have been trying to contact the uhaul none answers so the tire blew out 3 hours ago!!! And we have been sitting here wiaitng on assistance !!! I am pissed my dad has heart issues along with other health problems!!! So it is taking over 3 hours for help to come so I will say this if we have any issues refarsign this breakdown I will be contacting my attorney because when I pay for something I expect matters to be handled accordingly because I paid for insurance it shouldn't take someone this long to come help so I want my money back because at this point this trailer is about to be stopped off at any uhaul this is ridiculous I've by far had the worst experience with this company and will no longer do business with you'll if this happens when you experience issues with a vehicle i will not be spending my money anymore this process takes to long and is ridiculous I've never experienced something like this

Belinda DI was dropping it off Sunday morning, and didn't know that I had several steps to do before returning the truck. Which included creating a profile. I thought all I had to do was park the truck and drop the keys in a box.

Patrick BMy reservation was at Pronto Pawn. I show up there and they no longer do U-haul. I had to find another place. I was .3 of a mile from another U-haul before I was able to talk to a person. The person I talked to said that I had been contacted and been notified of the change. I had not, so someone had lied. Very poor experience, U Haul.
