Truck was clean and well maintained. Pick up was quick and easily accessible from Staunton in a clean and safe facility. Customer service is outstanding, so we will definitely rent here again.

Friendly staff, easy transaction, and a safe location make this an excellent uhaul business for every rental. They are conveniently located at a storage unit location as well.

Bonnie G.They charged us $3120 instead of the $500 we owed. They said they accidentally charged us for the wrong trucks miles. It overdrafted our bank account by thousands of dollars and has left us without money for food/gas/Necessities for the next “3-5 business days†with NO apology. The girl we called didn't care and wouldn't help us. Disgusting customer service and insane that they aren't more careful when taking peoples money.

Had already dropped the key in the box and didn't know to take pictures. Went back and took pictures of the outside of the truck. Took HOURS to get a hold of Uhaul I called about 5x,left a call back # and was hung up on when they called me back and had to go through the whole process again

Speaking of returning the truck, at first my cell phone would not take the pictures required. I didn't know what to do, but then the phone started taking them. I suggest to customers that they allow time to figure out the process if they are unfamiliar with it.

Brake and signal lights worked but the running lights were non functional which cost me three hours waiting for daylight so I could start my trip north.

Brenda M.Let me start by saying the General Manager was wonderful! She made sure I received clean furniture blankets and was friendly. I did self check in and out. A couple of glitches there. The van was quite a ways from the keys so be prepared for a hike in both directions. Take good photos of the cleanliness! The van was filthy. I had to use blankets I rented to protect white furniture from heavy dirt and gravel. When I said it was not clean upon return I got charged a cleaning fee which I disputed since I did not dirty it. After three days and thanks to pics I took Uhaul agreed with me and did not charge fee. Bottom line. Be prepared for inconvenience and possibly dirty interiors of rental equipment. Maybe if you do personal pickup it is better?
Michelle W.My only complaint is a corporate one we had to extend our rental days d/t problems with unloading. I disagreed the last time as well as I do no, I don't want to pay the extra insurance for the daily rental when the truck is in my yard. I am just unloading at my home why should I have to pay extra insurance. It cost me money I didn't have to spend. Could you change this policy once the person has reached the destination
