Person at location was great and helpful but location not ideal

Bernie MReservation site did not have the trailer for us, no one called, we had to drive to another location 25 minutes in the wrong direction to get a different trailer, right rear lights did not work. Paid for blankets and did not get them since trailer was not at first location- I WANT A REFUND
Corey PI was deferred to this location by U-Haul because this is where the trailer was available. The mats I needed for the move were not at this location and that created problem.
John TThis was the worst moving truck I have ever laid eyes on I am embarrassed to have moved my personal items in a U-Haul truck and have them destroyed as they were due to rain leaking in almost 10 different spots of the back of the truck now all of my personal property is eitherdamaged or destroyed. Some of which are priceless items that are not replaceable. I spoke to someone two days ago about the issue and about my claim and have yet to hear back from anyone I attempted to upload photos of all of my damaged property and 2 days later have yet to hear from anyone not too sure what to do other than never renting from U-Haul again and make sure I tell all of my friends and family to do the same
ASHLEIGH MU-Haul in general comment - the app would not work properly to check the truck in. At the point where pics were required of the truck, the pics would not save to the app. I had done this same procedure successfully on another truck and a trailer, so I do not believe it was my phone or me. But the guys at the facility did check me in and appears to be without the extra charge. Otherwise it was good.

Landon MNothing went wrong but the whole experience was underwhelming. I was told to "Drop it off behind the building" and "someone will check it is" "not sure when". I had to call back the next day and let them know the trailer was out back in the snow because no one told them and they did not check. It was fine but pretty minimal.
Robert FWhile the staff were exceptionally nice, the location was not the one I reserved for a pick up. It was also on a curvy country road. Not ideal. We had to back up into a muddy field to pick up and drop off in the rain.

Raymond BI brought it back with more gas than I started with but was charged for not having enough anyway. It was the worst experience I've ever had with U-haul and I have been using them for years now.

Ted MEverytime I've rented a U-Haul, the pick up or drop off location hooks/unhooks the trailer. That did not happen here. We had to unhook ourselves with the "junk yard dog" overseeing us (yes, it really was an unfriendly looking dog).

DONNA WEmployee was very rude and not at all helpful. I had to go to this location twice - about half an hour out of my way, because they had given the truck I had reserved to someone without a reservation. I was moving 500 miles and NEEDED that truck. WHen I went back to get the auto transport trailer, the employee was rude and I had to pull teeth for him to properly help me.
Renato BIt's a poor location compared to what I've seen Uhaul's standards are. The guy was more focused on the burgers he was grilling than helping me hook up. The ratchet system on the car carrier needs lubricant or replaced.
John HVan was VERY DIRTY inside and out, they obviously do not care. Also a random DISGUSTING blanket was left in the cargo area. I will not be back

Duke PU haul was confirmed to be pick up @730 from new circle Rd Lexington KY. I got a shrug and told truck wasn't available, had to travel to nicholasville to pick up one that was available. The dolly I rented $15 was unavailable. Worst experience ever. And was charged full price even though I was told $50 would be credited. And if course, no one was available to take calls regarding terrible service. Would not recommend to Satan himself.

DANIEL HCellular internet was so slow the app kept timing out and I would have to refresh and start the process over. Do not use mobile pickup at this location. It took over 30 frustrating minutes to pickup and to drop off the van.
Mitchell BTruck was parked next to a dumpster with a Dead animal in it. Stunk so bad! Nasty dirty location surrounded by trash. There was a random dolly and cart in the back I didn't pay for. Had to be on hold for over a half hour to just make sure I wasn't going to be charged. Truck's fuel fill hose was slashed and it poured gas on the ground when I filled it up. Check engine light was on too. Horrible experience, you should shut them down.
Daniel SMy pickup time and location was changed and I was only informed 14 hours before my original pick up time. Was told that I would be credited $50 to my account but the man I picked it up from said he didn't see it, without even looking, and wasn't willing to do anything to help with it. Then asked me if "it would really be that much of an inconvenience to drop it off back there" versus dropping it off at my original place. This location wasn't too bad in general, however my experience with U-Haul was not good.

SHANNON MTruck was dirty and smelled of smoke. Location of pick up/drop off was a little sketchy. However, we only used it a few hours to take stuff to the dump so it worked for our needs. Would like to see more locations in the area offer the pick up truck option.
