Don't offer this location
Dan KWhen I arrived the only person working there did not know how to do the U-Haul reservations and I had to wait for 10 - 15 while the worker called his manager as well ass U-Haul support trying to get U-Haul support to check me in. I and the worker at the station were both informed that I as a customer was not to hook up my own trailer. Once my reservation was checked in I was told to got out hook up the trailer myself and drive to the front so he could take a picture. I will not use this location anymore.

Carole BHad to wait forever because more important for him to sell lottery tickets. Didn't speak good English and didn't understand questions. Had to call U-Haul to get issue resolved. Had it for in town not one way after I drove 25 miles to get a two way. Ty was helpful to find trailer but he didn't change contract and the attendant would not listen and kept telling me to check my email for receipt and details which was not there and he had to print off and didn't want to. If I didn't insist I would have been fucked. Total cluster

Martha LThe rental process was completed by phone again even though the reservation was by phone and the guy at the counter took a snapshot of my license to submit to the uhaul guy. I do understand that this was Sunday but am a little concerned with this process. Other than that it served its purpose.

Michael PWe tried a different drop off location (Valero 380 Farmersville) on Sunday afternoon after speaking with the regional customer service. We were finished with the trailer and were told the Valero on 380 Farmersville could take our return instead of Exxon 380. It was pouring rain and we drove to Valero before 4pm (supposed closing time) and the gas station attendant said he didn't know where the uhaul person was and he wouldn't call him. He said come back in an hour so we did and same thing happened. We call Uhaul 800 # again and they said nothing else was open on Sunday to return it. So, we returned it Monday morning to the Exxon 380, again in the pouring rain, and were charged a late fee. Again, called Uhaul to report we were charged a late fee and asked for a refund. A refund was processed. When in Shawnee, OK we found out from the mgr there that if we rented it round trip we could have save a lot of money instead of the one way fee. Overall, not the best experience.

Lowell BThey did not want to accept our trailer return. They had no access to drop offs and I had to be persistent to get them to leave it at the designated place which was on my contract. Actual costly experience and horrible customer service on the end return.
scott gThe attendant of this location, for both our equipment pick-up and drop-off, was utterly incompetent, poorly trained, and quite lackadaisical. Neither management nor support appeared to be available for assistance at either time, and the process did not go smoothly. We had originally made the reservation for our equipment online via the U-Haul mobile app on January 2nd. The rental pick-up process on January 3rd did not work on the mobile app, and going through the dealer's associate on duty took nearly an hour. The associate we dealt with neglected our appliance dolly reservation in checking out the equipment to us, which we had to then return inside to remind him of that. Upon returning to the location to drop off the equipment to the dealer, we arrived more than an hour before the due time on the same day (as it was a 6-hour rental), and proceeded inside to complete the transaction. We attempted to complete the return online, again, but were unsuccessful. We then resorted back to completing the return in-person, and were confronted with the same associate with the same apparent lack of competence. Drop-off was slow, but quicker than pick-up. We were assured that everything was checked in and we were good to go, but were not provided a final invoice or receipt stating the total charges due. Five days later, we received both an email and a phone call requesting the return of U-Haul equipment now considered late. We called the location, which did not answer the phone. We called U-Haul Customer Service and complained. The representative on the phone said she would connect us with the Area Field Manager, who would be reaching out to us. This took a couple of days, but the proper contact was made with Mr. Stephan Ewing, who was pleasant and understanding, and a refund was issued for this abominable experience.

Kerry TThe guy had no clue what he was doing. He was not helpful and got a bit rude. I explained to him I'd already checked in and just needed to pay and he kept asking questions. I'd originally selected a different pick up location that I'd used before but they didnt have my reserved equipment, which I reserved 2 weeks in advance. I was also given a 26' truck when I reserved a 15'. Driving that plus my car transport to and through Houston was one of the most stressful things I've endured. I also had to pay for the 26' when I had nothing to do with the fact that the pick up location I had to change to had nothing but 26'. Very very disappointed, this is not the service I've come to expect from uhaul as I have used you guys for years.
Amber TThe location in caddo Mills was not where I scheduled to pick up my uhaul, however it's not their fault for the terrible experience received! I scheduled to pickup the truck Royse City, arriving when the store opened to be informed the truck was not available. Thankfully the representative at the store helped me as I was left stranded due to the oversight on u hauls behalf. The dolly recurved was broken which made my situation even worse, the wheel ended up falling off of it! This was an absolutely awful experience & I am so disappointed in u haul! This goose chase took 2 hours out of my day & 40 miles difference and was offered a $50 credit! Not enough to compensate for the hassle I went through!! I don't know that I can recommend u haul again.
