The location and people were very un organized. Took 45 min to get order complete. Would not rent from them again

John BThis location is spacious with plenty of room for navigating with the larger trucks. Also, even though I picked up the truck on a Saturday when they were closed, the owner/operator got on the phone with me to conduct the transaction. This was necessary because UHaul's app wasn't working at the time on my Google Pixel cell phone. Even the web site seemed to be experiencing issues.
Dean HThe uhaul I rented,had a bad transmission in it, I have a dispute going on right now. Road side service was horrible,didn't even show up to look at it,waited over an hour. They just wanted me too drive it and risk my life. This is the worst service I have had with uhaul. The guy handling my claim is not responding too me. The place I dropped it off cause it wasn't safe too be driving. Is try too get money from me,saying I owe uhaul. No I don't. I'm so disappointed with uhaul. So beware of uhaul
MARCELENE WPlace was filthy to include the smoke filled office, poor lighting, extremely poor customer service. They provide no assistance in unhooking the equipment" I was told To drop it off any where I chose". After dropping the auto hauler off, I returned to the office to request a receipt and was informed "they do not provide them as everything is recorded on camera". I requested a signature and the individual scribbled some lines on my invoice. Extremely poor customer relations individuals work did not offer to assist me in backing my RV with trailer into the final drop location. I would no recommend this facility to anyone to either pickup or drop off your equipment. I strongly recommend sending someone to unknowing go to this location to rent or drop a piece of equipment. In fact no one even came to inspect damage to the equipment, fortunately METTS did mark the equipment with circle black X's prior to my leaving their location. NORMAND LThe inside of my U-Haul was absolutely filthy when I received it. And then I go drop it off at the drop off location and I GOT CHARGED for someone else's mess. I will not be using U-Haul again especially with the express towing location the communication was absolutely poor when I got there they did not have anything ready for me and I had to call and wait until someone else arrived and had to go through someone else on the phone to finish up a process would HIGHLY not recommend.

Kevin LI was stuck in the freezing cold with the ramp down at my storage unit waiting on a roadside tech who was going to take more than 2 hours to arrive. I ended up getting it fixed at my own expense so I could complete my move, in the dark.
Josh AI had online reservations that got changed when I picked up the equipment. The pick up location computer was not working and things were definitely not set up properly. Drop off location said to leave the trailer by 10 pm. It was picked up behind a locked gate. I was not going to leave the trailer unattended outside of a locked gate. I did arrive before the location was opened and waited for someone to arrive. They charged me for an extra day? That's unacceptable. Very unhappy with this rental.

GEORGE PI had to go to 3 different locations to pickup the trailer I needed after I had made reservations for all 3 of them because the first place I went to the computers were down, the next didn't have someone trained to work the system. It was a very big headache to rent the trailer I needed

kayla wExpress towing didn't have it in their records that we were getting a u-haul. When I arrived I had to call someone as there isn't a no contact service, spent over 45 minutes getting everything settled. Ended up with a 20" instead of a 10". Someone had been living in it, it was on E and there was no AC, air actually blew hot, even when off, not a good thing in August. Never go here again

Richard MNothing but a headache. Not only did the lady in charge of it not know what she was doing and needed assistance from her boyfriend , that was a mechanic, but my order was supposed to be free because of the promo code FIRSTORDER. It said $0 due for the reservation and pickup. They said U-Haul would reimburse me. That never happened. I did the live chat, I then was told to call the scheduling manager, did that and have been sitting on hold listening to this music for 49 min already. I was also not able to return it to the listed location in Vero Beach and we had to deal with that. I also see I got charged for excess mileage and gas. Gas tank was at the same place at pickup. If there was more mileage, it was due to trying to find a different location to return the truck to. That promo code others used that day and weren't charged. Had I known it was going to be that high price, I would have gone with Budget trucks, as they aren't as high as your company. Also, my cargo trailer that I rented a couple of days later was charged to the wrong card. I'm taking screen shots of my wait on this phone. Ridiculous when it says 15 min. I now have to go to work. I expect a supervisor to contact ASAP.

LANCE PVery old printer so it takes a while to print. This is a wrecker shop so it is not their main business. Very dirty. A woman should not be picking up from here.

Joe STurned truck in before rental time was up but was charged for an extra day.
William TI dropped the truck of on Thursday morning and they did not check it back in till Friday night. And charged me for extra miles! So it was OK to send me an hour away from my home to the pick up location than another 30 minutes in the other direction to pick up the tow trailer and charge me for driving around to pick up your equipment. Not cool U-Haul. I was also told that if I bring the truck back with a quarter of a tank of gas I will get credit for it since I got it on empty. No credit just an extra bill.

Anita MThis location was supposed to be open between 9am to 2pm. I arrived to drop off trailer at about noon and location was closed up totally. Another customer was there also to pick up a trailer he had reserved, but could not get because it was closed up. I would tell people to avoid using this location for their U-Haul needs.

Express AWe are very disappointed with uhaul and the rental agent. Both have promised call backs and we have not heard from either one. We were billed additional charges and late fee without any notification.
Toni HHad a small issue bur Jason at the site and the Regional manager Roger, and the very Nice lady in customer service Miss Kathleen W. was very helpful and understanding and resolved the issue in a very timely manner. I would like to thank all involved very much and will return to U-Haul in the future.

Ralph Wi gave them 1 star because it wouldnt let me give any less. the guy named roger was very very rude and caused my daughter to have a panic attack and end up at the hospital. will NEVER rent from uhaul again

It would be nice if I wasn't having smoke blown in my face. The truck was missing some. Plus I need a refund on my boxes I paid for that I haven't received.
