Under a very tight schedule and with limited options available, I opted to pick up a car dolly 2 hours away from my original pick up location. The dolly's passenger tail light that was out leaving me with no indicator when turning or switching lanes or brake light. I didn't have options to switch for another dolly or upgrade to an auto transport so, I made due with the equipment provided due to constraints. Overall, the dolly did the job, but paired with the other issues I had with my rental, I was concerned about my safety and experiencing issues on my 2,700 mile journey.

It's a popular location for food and gas and the Uhaul attendant works hard to make sure the rental customers are attended to as best as they can. Overall experience with the truck rental was fine.

Make sure you the gass is actually at a quarter tank, and maybe comp the miles that the Seattle scheduling office promised me for having to drive out of town to pick up my truck due to their over scheduling issues. We got barely 10 miles from the store before the tank is as almost empty.

Our only problem was one flat tire on the auto transport. But the store gave us quarters, so we filled it up ourselves.

Right after getting the truck, which we had to drive an hour and half to get, it wasn't within 30 miles as your company promises, we called half way to our loading destination to inform that the abs light was on, and that the truck was very difficult to control.. the person on the phone told us it was fine, and it would be better with a load in it. We just moved cross country so it was a very large load, and it behaved worse for the 23 hour drive.. many times we felt it would not stop at all, and the please service breaks kept popping up on us while driving. When we returned the truck to Scottsdale we expressed all our concerns so the person who checked us in, so another person wouldn't be stuck with this horrible situation and the person we checked it in with stated it was too bad it got shipped to them with all these issues..no apologies to us, couldn't care less that we feared for our lives, and our stuff for the entire ride down, not to mention with how bumpy it was we both have some major back issues tha we will need to see a doctor. We regret going with uhaul for sure, should have rented a different truck with a different company, and we will next time. l will make sure anyone we speak to that is considering using your services know full well the dangers of going with a company that just doesn't care about their product, or customers. We will never use your services again.

Could not use the trailer after I picked it up due to the Snoqualmie pass being closed. Had to drop it locally in Cle Elum. DID NOT USE THE TRAILER, Would sure like a refund or credit to use on the new reservation I made for Wed 3/2/22. I waited an hour on hold to find out that the area manager needs to make a decision in 3 days.

Staff is great, knowledgeable, and friendly. Only downside is that it is also a convenience store/gas station so it takes a bit longer to pick up a vehicle as your paperwork is completed between customers. Still worth it! I have rented from many uhaul locations and this is the only one I go to even though there are closer locations to my house.

The ratchets on the car trailer are rusty so it was difficult to get the ratchet to release when it was time to take the car off the trailer. Other than that it was a great experience.

Found right rear trailer tire was flat after I picked up unit. I had to connect trailer myself , trailer was parked where it was extremely icy and I had to lift trailer myself to connect ball hitch . Trailer was extremely heavy and tenant didn't offer to help. Blankets are stored in a small shed and were folded but dirty I had to shake them out before using them and they smelled moldy.

Ambivalent opinion for this location. they need to assist with hook up and dismantling the trailers. No help delivering the trailer (i had difficulty unhooking the ball from the hitch; I had to ask a stranger to assist and pay him for the help) and told to hook up by myself. the area is one sheet of ice and dangerous to walk.

The location is a hovel. Staff were not equipped to deal with droppoffs. We were charged a fuel fill-up service fee of $30.00 and to put enough fuel in to apparently recharge to a quarter full, from a quarter full, they charged $33.00, which must equate to around $11.00 per gallon. I had heard these stories about UHaul, and trusted that it wasn't true, silly me. Will never be using UHaul again, and will be telling as many people as I can of the discraceful treatment received from Head office and management in regard to the issue

The entire U-haul experience was horrible (except for the drop off at a different location)… I was originally sent to a place in Ellensburg. I talked to the guy at the told location and told him I'd be there in 45 min, when I arrived the gates were locked and he was gone. He called back after a few minutes and explained he had a family emergency, which is understandable and acceptable. He then told me to go to Exit 115 LLC. I headed there and arrived around 12:15pm. I asked them to get a trailer and they told me the u-haul is closed till 1pm cause the guys were back on lunch. I waited till 1 and had lunch myself, good food was a plus at this Shell. When I went back in I asked if the guys were back from lunch, the lady behind the counter looked up at the clock then asked me what I needed. They were there the entire time… long story shortened, she assigned me a trailer that didn't work for what I needed (my fault for not double checking the gate width) and the had a broken jack. I had to return to get another, which then was the only one behind another trailer. I had to walk back several times to explain things and was provided with the wrong phone number for the location. However, they're apparently moving across the street, so maybe they already know all of their flaws and are trying to improve. The “lunch” thing is what annoys me the most though.
