martin cA customer should not be expected to lift 261# to load the trailer on the truck. On a 6x12 cargo trailer there should be a jack. My husband has a very bad back, is considered handicapped and was told he had to load the trailer onto his truck.
David PExtremely poor to no communication at all the center is extremely dirty and has no designated Uhaul staff. it is a busy gas station and I have to wait for a while before I can be attended to because the gas station customers are more important. The cashier asked to help me did not know how to get my car off the doly. we were both in the cold rain for a while, I had to approach a customer to help us out. what a horrible experience. It was raining heavily and the whole place was dark with fog all over the area. I was overcharged and had to drive back to the center to get things resolved all I received back was attitude if this charge is not reversed immediately, I will make it a legal case and be ready to go to court. I hate cheating and exploitation, I will not tolerate it at all. I have called since yesterday and no one has given me a call back till now. what a shame.

brad wThe drop off location is in the next town over to Ellensburg. In booking reservation I saw there was a location in Ellensburg to drop off Uhauls. I would recommend to add that place instead of Kittitas place as a drop off.

Shawn SInitially I was given 45 miles which wasn’t even enough to drive from my old house to the new one. Not including the drive from picking up the uhaul to the old house and dropping it off at the location that uhaul requested, which was 10 miles from the new house. I was charged an extra mileage fee because of this. It’s ridiculous that none of this was accounted for in advance. Also, the lady at the drop off location was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She charged the card on file without asking and without telling me a total. I did not want to use this card as these charges were very unexpected. I’ve had difficulties with uhaul in the past but after this I will never use this horrible company again. It cost almost $300 for me to move 45 mins away. That’s asinine. Money hungry, disgusting company.

William KGreat location near freeway with easy access, lots of room to park and maneuver equipment, and get fuel if needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appeared to have a good rental inventory. I would suggest picking up equipment early in the morning to avoid congestion at the fuel and travel center.
Forrest SI tried to return the truck at 1215. But, they are closed from 1100-1300 for lunch. Waiting 45 mins to return the truck was a major inconvenience.

Andrea WThe service station was a little dirty and it was very busy so the UHAUL person was working very hard to meet all the needs. The drop off was fine once the UHAUL person had time. She was pleasant and the paperwork went quickly. I have dropped off trailers there before, it is a convenient location to go to and to get back on the freeway.

Kelly RThe rig was fine except . . . please fix the air conditioner! And, I don't care if it saves gas to turn off the AC when the engine is under load. Give me the choice to spend more on gas and not bake in the truck cab!
Steven RI dropped off the truck and had to call almost 18 hours later to actually have it checked in by the location. When I called, the agent on the phone was great and very helpful, but said the truck hadn’t shown as returned.

Timothy EThe trailer I needed was not available and I had to drive 40 miles out of my way to rent it in Kittitas. I don't know what the issue is in the state of Washington right now when it comes to renting a 6x12 covered moving trailer but it was sure a challenge. I was credited back the $50 dollars since the trailer was not available at the location it should have been. I don't know what to tell you. Some people suck and don't live up to the obligations? For the record I did return it early. Wasn't the fault of the folks at the counter. Not really sure how I would rate the company as a whole. The folks that helped me on site were great and kind. I had movers, I had taken two days off and had I not gone out of MY way to secure the trailer I booked, I would have been screwed. Cost me an extra 40 in gas though. Murphys Law.
Esther JWhen I picked up the trailer I notice the 4 prong plug was only a few inches long. It had been cut and shortened. I had to run trailer without lights. I stopped at multiple places along my trip and found no extension to use. Luckily the trailer help up and I wasn’t pulled over.

Bradley ZTo be clear, this is not the drop off location we selected. Our drop off location in our town "wasn't taking any returns", which meant we had to drive 1.5 hours out of our way (round trip) to return this truck. This location is not a U-haul location, it's literally a truck stop/gas station. The attendant inside seemed completely caught off guard that I was asking to return a vehicle and had no clear direction on where it should be parked. He almost reluctantly took the key from me. Would not recommend this location.
